Hi Dr. Lora. I find your videos very helpful, so thank you. I had an early miscarriage in February this year which I believe was a chemical pregnancy. I train at the gym 3-4 days a week. I’m trying to modify my exercises so it’s not too strenuous. Are hip thrusts with a barbell a no-no when TTC? I’m TTC again and want to keep up with the gym but don’t want to risk my chances of conceiving.

It sounds like you would want to stay in zone 2 training then. Thank you for the video. I’ll be conscious of that. I know once I had too much caffeine and lifted really heavy, essentially getting my late period at the gym. So ever since then I’ve been cognizant.

Talk to your doctor about what’s right for you but I counsel most of my patients to continue exercise they are used to just not to exhaustion😀
