New York City is one of the most expensive places in the world to live. With the cost of everything going up in the US, I hit the streets to find out what people are paying for rent across the different neighborhoods in the city.
Definitely a topic I'd ask more about. If you want to see more on this topic, or if you have a question you want me to ask, feel free to leave a comment down below. You can also support me by subscribing and liking the video. Thanks for watching!

You are super underrated brother. Love that you put in the effort to get real peoples take on real issues. I watch alot of buckingham show and all gas no brakes, but your style of pop culture deep dives and interviews is really refreshing.

Very true lol, I guess some people use the UWS as sort of a blanket term. Wash Heights is way too far north to be considered UWS imo

As someone who grew up in Boston, it’s AMAZING to me how people are willing to pay THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR SUCH A CRIME RIDDEN CITY!!

It really is! I think if you want to save more money, you'd have to live with roommates. And it helps to live outside of Manhattan - the further away you are from the city, the cheaper it is.

I know NYers can be paranoid but guy wasn't asking the address with my guy, "I don't know who you are" and even if he said it, some people live in apartments so🤷🏿‍♂️ And besides what can a civilized Asian do :)

@@DavidHanada bro just commenting from Vermont, our rents are on par with a lot of these, unfortunately. But we have good quality of life so it is worth it. I can see how these people want to pay the price if they love their city. You did a good job getting them to open up and they seemed comfortable with you. I like your natural way, not loud and obnoxious
