Gordons form both in the England U21s and this season has been down to one thing. Coming into Newcastle, seeing the difference in levels and spending the better half of last season after the January transfer trying to get his fitness up to form. He even said himself that he wasn't fit enough to play 90 minutes during that England run, and now his fitness is 100% there he's flying.

i don’t think it means a lot, im a liverpool fan and we beat bournemouth 9-0 last season then we went on to have an awful season. Also we beat bournemouth who were a better team last year than sheffield, sheffield are 90% gonna be relegated whereas bournemouth stayed up. I think newcastle will finish somewhere between 4th and 6th
