Lapping Australia is enough of an endorsement for me. The Scram can do it. Do you like it better than the Leoncino? Great video.
@BikerTorqueАй бұрын
Yes agree, pretty solid endorsement for the Royal Enfield brand. I think Andy did prefer the Scram over the Leoncino 500.

Nothing wrong with the Scram at all. Easy bike to ride and do the lap. I'm a huge fan of the bike, and doing the lap.
@BikerTorque4 ай бұрын
I reckon I need to do the lap one day.

Hi Andy, great job. I'm from the UK but I did a 23k circuit of OZ a few years back. How about trying to combine Royal Enfields with your VET therapy group? I reckon RE would buy into the idea and it would certainly boost their sales and brand presence in OZ. They might well provide a dozen bikes to start the project off and then as you lead the first group around with the help of some national publicity in every area you visit it could really grow throughout the entire country, with more vets on bikes joining in. I think RE are fazing out the 411 Himi and the Scram so probably be glad to supply a load of them either free or at substantial discount, here in the UK they are being given away at about 30 percent discount on original cost. I bet someone would love to film it, with drone footage etc. Could be really spectacular mate, and now you have proven yourself to RE, you are the man to lead it raising money and awareness all over the entire country, and in fact the entire world, got to be good for both your cause and RE's international image ! Go on mate, ask RE, you have nothing to lose!

My son lives in Austrlia, and says he won't come back to the UK anytime soon. I don't blame him!! Is there a bike rental place that you would recommend for riding oround your amazing country as I plan to visit him next year? Love the RE by the way.
@BikerTorque4 ай бұрын
There are plenty of rental places around, but if you are renting from Sydney, speak to Santina at Revelry Motorcycles, they do rentals under the Eaglerider brand.

It's been done already...There isn't much difference between a Scram and a Himalayan and Joe Ryan has ridden over 40,000 km on a Himalayan
