Here is another tip I shot with golf swing flexibility expert Roger Fredericks. In this one I talk about how flexibility affects your hips.
If you don't know your legs and hips power your swing. So if your hips are tight (like mine) you are losing power.
Watch this tip and listen to an expert about flexibility. Once you know that poor flexibility is hurting your game maybe you will decide to do something about it. It doesn't take much. A few stretches for a few minutes a day will loosen you up and get you playing your best golf.
Near the end of the video I show you where you can take a flexibility test from Roger. This test is what got me wanting to do something about it. Hopefully, it will get you to do something about it too.
