Your emotions have a great relationship with your eating habits
your eating habits somehow impact your emotional well-being hugely.
So your food, the intake of your food is also very important. You see, if you're a conscious eater, 35 percent of the problem of your emotion will be minimized only with the conscious consumption of food. We cannot change your lifestyle right away and your food habit but can you just do one thing? Just be more conscious of what you are eating.
Eat food not just like eating food, it is no longer a food for you- it is source of energy to you and you eat more consciously. Eat more consciously. You use only these two fingers, even if you're using a spoon all right. And you put into your mouth. As you put one morsel of food into your mouth, chew it consciously again. And not to take the next morsel of food as usually is the case as of today and swallow it as if you are able to see through your food going down and then wait for three seconds then next morsel of the food.
If you do these on a regular basis you will see a massive transformation in your life. You'll see that most of your anger has gone out of the window, around 50 percent, more than 50 percent. And you will also happen to notice that your words are being monitored. That's true. You will see that your words are being sanctified just by doing the pranayama and conscious eating your words are also purified or is like from a very habit-bound auto-pilot conditioned pattern of behavior to more of a conscious life.
So from compulsive behavior- totally out of the tune to more of a conscious, being in sync with your own essence of being, being in the presence of your own self.
