I am trying to have a better understanding and relationship with ocd and anxiety but I am afraid form the symptoms that it’s going to cause a disease to my body if it continues and that my body doesn’t bear anymore

I got afraid of that when I heard that a brain of someone has exploded or had bleeding I dont know what is the reason ,but I got panicked that this might happen to me because my brain is always tight. I can’t stand hearing negative things 🥲🥲
