How good is a totally restored valve Binson Echorec?

So what does a Binson Echorec actually sound like when we've completely rebuilt it? In this video we demonstrate a completed valve Binson Echorec 2º T7E that has had about 3 months of work, testing and adjustment, and we also had the chance to compare it with a solid state Sound City Echomaster (a T7E rebadged for the US market). The Sound City still needs a bit of work but allows the comparison of the two preamp types. And the valve T7E? Sounds incredible...

The only one Binson. No other device has such magical sounds.

That is the truth. There are some great pedals. But none of the them sound like the real thing when it's at peak performance (mind you, the same is true for Space Echoes...)
