How good is your camp kitchen knife?

I saw that old Buck knife in your last video. I had one like that about 40 years ago. It’s a good knife and I’m sure it does the job well. Thanks for the .comment Jason.

Hey Charles. I don’t know if you have missed many videos or not because I haven’t posted new videos for several weeks and may not post any more. We have not been motivated to camp lately for a couple of reasons. First, we haven’t had as much disposable income because our teacher retirement checks haven’t kept up with inflation, and because aging issues have required more attention. And, I’ve run out of topics. We’re not visiting campgrounds much any more and I’ve already discussed all the issues I can think of. How about you. Have you been camping lately? It seems like it’s getting harder to find good campsites and several recent policy changes have made it harder for tent campers. Have you acquired any new gear that you like? I’m still posting gear reviews on Facebook. Thanks for the note. It’s nice to know I’ve been missed.

@@moderntentcamping , No new gear here , mostly front porch or camping in the yard . Trying to make getting older more comfortable. Maybe that could be a challenge or new idea . Adapting to the hobby but closer to home . I can make coffee on the grill and prep wood for a fire and make camp food and snacks on it . I can sleep outside on my couch i have on the porch. Chop wood and do all the things i enjoyed camping but at home. I can't walk well so woods time is not going to happen now. And fuel costs are beyond driving except for the Dr appointment and groceries. Just keeping it together is hard i admit. Yes I've missed you and the family 👪. You guys are definitely good people and do matter. Thank you for taking time out t o send an explanation. Don't surrender , never give up.

You are holding and using the chef knife wrong. Used properly it is easily the safest knife you are comparing and the most efficient. Millions of cooks and chefs around the world aren’t wrong.
