I thing it's the false summit? because You have to go back down and cross a large hollow to then come back to the summit.

Yes..unfortunately I had a bacterial infection from water and got fever so my spo2 dropped 49%

yes, there is an other wall of ice to climb and the small ridge - not difficult - the summit is very small but the view on Everest is worth it to climb this last 100m...
