Its FULL of sugar, making it more of a soft drink than a vitamin water. It has more sugar in it than a can of redull, 32 grams! the carbs are high too. 11%! Vitamin water is not healthy and literally has a couple pennies worth of vitamins in it. You would make a better drink than this at home, for cheaper!

If you want real essential vitamins though, you are better off eating fruits. What I dislike is how these drinks promote itself as being healthy when it's the opposite. Sure I'll drink vitamin water once in a great while, but knowing full aware that I'm just getting these flavored sugar (or in case of zero)sweetner drinks. Nothing more and nothing less.

It is unhealthy to drink these if you drink one your getting your daily intake of vitamins that the average body can take in one drink which means any thing you drink or anything you eat will push you over giving you liver damage over time and over stimulating your body leading to things like hormone imbalance and effect your immune system making you more seceptable to illness ect. If you wanna drink these safety I recommend drinking a 1/3 of it throughout the day then at least you don't shock your body to much leaving it to have to get rid of all the extra stuff you can keep in you casuing damage or if you wanna drink the whole thing one sitting Excersize for about 30 mins to and hour then drink one or if it's incredibly hot and you doing hard work drink a half but honestly I really wish yall would just drink water when your thirsty

I go for a one hour walk in the sun and bring one of these cool drinks with me. What was odd was that I used one of these plastic bottles to hold just cold water and it still had the blueberry flavor until I had refilled the bottle 3 times. Does that mean that the plastic absorbs the flavor ?

Omg. This is supposed to be a health expert. And don’t get me wrong she’s correct about the drinks but saying that the FDA fortifying our foods is a good thing is ridiculous, the process to fortify those foods destroys them. And to say we need free radicals to fight cancer. Your body can produce those it’s eating the fortified crap and the grains and the green oils and processed foods that’s made with all of that that creates damage cells and oxidization and free radicals to the point where we need to take antioxidants which we should be getting from food anyway even the fruit we eat is not natural format even when it’s organic and not GMO it’s still hybridized. A banana is more like a candy bar than a banana these days, bananas are supposed to be small and green and taste like a plantain they’re supposed to be 3 inches long and bitter, but through hybridization in modern agricultural technology they taken everything we eat and modified it not just GMO but cross pollination to create bigger fatter more profitable foods that create a ton of pesticides to make the crops more hearty and pest resistant, even though you’re buying organic non-GMO you’re still getting pesticides because pesticides are naturally created by fruits and vegetables and the types were eating they’ve been genetically modified through cross pollenization and hybridization for over 100 years and what we’re getting is full of the worst kind of fats tons of sugar very low grades of garbage almost non-digestible non-soluble vitamins and minerals and they’re loaded with sugar. Also how you prepare them if you eat french fries or chips you might as will be eating candy bars because as soon as those hit your stomach acid they turn straight to sugar and the worst kind except for the absolute worst which is fructose which is what you’re going to have acorns and fruit. If you’re gonna eat fruit I have blueberries or blackberries maybe strawberries I have a very very small amount once or twice a week if you want antioxidants into battle the bad free radicals and heal your cells eat broccoli eat kale eat spinach in asparagus eat artichokes eat cabbage cauliflower even eat zucchini and squash is but I have the kale and the broccoli and if you’re having a hydration problems throw a few cups of kale in the blender and make a bowl of soup throw some onion and some celery some mushrooms throw a couple eggs in there or some hamburger or some dark meat chicken and have that for breakfast, that will give you all the fluids you need, if you’re just drinking a bunch of water trying to hydrate you’re just flushing all your minerals out of your system and killing your electrolyte balance on diet to tell you to eat more salt that’s great but what about the potassium and magnesium, sodium doesn’t work properly without potassium and potassium doesn’t work properly without magnesium that balance is what electrolytes are not sugar from Gatorade not feed sugar and citric acid‘s and sugars disguise under another name and drinks like this or bad sweeteners like Splenda which is in everything or saccharine which used to be in everything. Eat healthy and quit following gimmicks you don’t need supplements if you eat right make that vegetable soup I told you throw some celery and there’s some mushrooms a little cabbage a very small amount of carrots come out about four or 5 ounces of hamburger or meat can I put a pat of real butter in it and good salt, use a pink Himalayan salt instead of a white table salt so you’re getting more minerals not just sodium and eat that is your first meal of the day let it replace breakfast and lunch because of the fat and the vegetable balance you will not be hungry you will not need to snack he will be full all day you’ll have almost all the nutrients your body needs or can absorb in a day you will have more antioxidants and vitamins then you can eat in 5 pounds of fruit and 4 pounds of garbage food like bread and grains and green oils and corn’s and some of the bad seeds. Throw in some pecans or walnuts or pumpkin seeds then for dinner I have four or 5 ounces of meat with a good meat to fat ratio 30% fat or more. Don’t over eat meat because excess protein is turn to sugar by your liver. Your liver creates the kind of sugar your body needs perfectly there’s no need to eat fruit and this doctor will tell you that’s crazy but if you’re eating broccoli and kale you really don’t need to eat fruit you’re going to have all the vitamins and nutrients acids everything in there with the exception of a tiny bit of citrus which you can get from lemon water and you can add a small handful of blueberries or blackberries or a couple of strawberries once or twice a week and that’s still more sugar than you need you could skip that fruit because everything you need would be in the kale and the broccoli and the spinach and the other dark leafy greens and sprouted greens and you can get it in exponentially higher amounts without a ton of sugar. Eating a banana it’s like eating a candy bar at least in a snickers you’re getting some peanuts so you’re getting some digestible protein and minerals, a banana or an apple the way they’re grown today is ridiculous. It’s like eating candy bars you don’t need to put sugar in your body your body produces the sugar you need which is the fuel you burned for energy and the way you should get it from eating the right ratios of meat to fat with the right combinations of the right vegetables thrown a few nuts a little lemon water and you have a complete diet you have all the right fats none of the bad fats none of the inflammatories none of the sugar and none of the rotting foods that cause damage cells like sugar which is where you get your free radicals from. I’m not saying that will cure cancer but if you have a tumor and you’re not eating any kind of sugar or fruit and you’re eating the right vegetables in the right amounts and combining it with the right kind of fats that are soluble in your body can dissolve that don’t cause oxidation, i.e. animal fats not vegetable fats, you’re not feeding the cancer cells and those tumors will grow much slower and give your doctors a lot more time to get them out of there to use radiation treatment instead of chemo and use it localized instead of having to treat your whole body and almost kill you and you’re not eating the things that cause cancer. When people used to eat fat animal diets a natural vegetables not hybridized or modified by the agriculture industry, Things like cancer and obesity and diabetes and heart disease or in the one percentile almost nobody ever died of those now they are the leading causes of disease they’ve gone from numbers like .7% or 1.5% up to 30 to 39%. Saying he’s a bunch of fruit for an accident he’s like trying to put a Band-Aid over the stump or you just cut your arm off. Yeah I might stop a little blood and keep you from dying sooner but that’s not how you fix it the best way to fix it don’t chop your arm off. Quit listening to doctors like this telling you need a bunch of fruit and stop eating red meat and eat green oils and follow the government food chart which has you eating a ton of things you’re genetically not built to process and the fortified flowers and crap she’s telling you give you your vitamin D in the fortified milk is not what you should be eating go look at when those things were introduced when stone milling grain became very profitable and part of the standard American diet as well as other countries in every place in the world where that industrialization took place and people started eating that stuff look at the increase put it out on a graph and what you’ll see right next to that is the increase of obesity diabetes cancer and heart disease which are now the leading causes of death in western society. Look at tribes like the Messiah in Africa they literally survive off of a cow they drink it’s milk they drink its blood and they eat beef. That’s the only thing they ever put in their mouth they don’t eat vegetables they don’t eat fruit, They have beautiful healthy white teeth these people are nomadic and move all day long walking sometimes 30 miles or more they’re thin but muscular and even though they don’t have modern medicine there’s some of the healthiest people in the world and have almost no disease. Go give them a bunch of fruit and some bread and watch those people start to die young and sick like the rest of the world. Study nutrition go look at all the studies that told the government what to put on the food chart with the food pyramid with told this doctor to tell everybody to go eat a bunch of fruit and enjoy their fortified grains and milk, you’ll find the studies are garbage science done by a qualified people making assumptions because they didn’t know what they were studying those are antidotal suggestions based on poor evidence like the more modern studies where they break it down to that atomic level where the scientist actually know what those atoms in the body are and know the difference between cholesterol and fat in the hundreds of different elements of that. They’re telling you not to eat the healthy fats bacon egg yolks beef and not lean beef beef with the fat at least 30% of it. That’s what your body is made of that’s what creates healthy arteries plaque in Hardin arteries are damaged fat from eating those fortified grains drinking that fortified milk eating all that shit comes in fruit. Of course if you dissect an artery and look at the plaque or the hardened artery you’re gonna find cholesterol because that’s what those cells are made out of go look at the healthy cells they’re all full of cholesterol to that’s what they are so saying cholesterol is bad stop eating animal fat is idiocy it’s bad science. Look at what causes the actual plaque in the hardening of the arteries it’s oxidization and calcification of damage cells and what damage is those cells? Sugar green oils grain products breads made with fortified vitamins added which destroys The nutritional value. Heart doctor say don’t eat salt don’t eat red meat go eat a bunch of oatmeal. What that’s gonna do is increase your heart disease and there’s a ton of scientific evidence to prove it because those doctors aren’t educated the reading out of a book by another uneducated Doctor Who did a very poor medical study and came up with a very rudimentary because of heart disease by looking at what was in plaque which is cholesterol. There are people out there eating a healthy diet they have a cholesterol of 300 or more but they have the right balance of cholesterol and they’re perfectly healthy they are curing the heart disease that they created when they used to eat the grains in the green oils instead of the meat oils and fats like the government tells everybody to like this lady tells everybody to. That’s not Madison that’s somebody who read something in a book that was written in the 1930s and 40s that came from nutritional studies designed to make K rations which were portable food that would just keep you alive while you were traveling somewhere out in the middle of a jungle or desert fighting a war and couldn’t get any other food. It will keep you alive and you can stick it in a package for 20 years and it won’t rot. But that’s not a healthy diet that survival food. I have or had high blood pressure doctor said stop eating red meat stop eating pork stop eating salt eat more oatmeal and they gave me a bunch of meds I’ve been on those meds for years. I started studying nutrition now I don’t eat bread I don’t eat grains or grain oils of any kind eat pretty much no fruit eat a ton of green vegetables and a moderate amount of meat a lot of eggs four or five every day, sometimes I just have one egg with four more egg yolks and throw away the whites which are just proteins that your body will turn to sugar if you’re already getting enough protein. My blood pressure is dropped 12 points and just a few months and if it stays that way I’m going to go back to my doctor and say I want to get off this medication because it 53 years old my blood pressure is regularly under 120. I took it yesterday it was 113/68 and I’m eating bacon and eggs and ground beef and fatty steak but I’m eating it in moderation with a ton of green leafy vegetables broccoli asparagus and dark green vegetables and throwing in tomatoes and onions and zucchini and cucumbers and other vegetables here and then just balance it out and I’m eating about four times the salt are used to which is probably about twice the salt most average people eat because I’ve always cut back on salt because I thought it was making me fatAnd giving me high blood pressure. Now I eat two meals a day I’m never hungry I fast for 18 hours every day which is part of nutrition and will do way more for you than those antioxidants she’s talking about and eating fruit. Literally not eating 18 hours a day is going to do more for you healthwise than eating fruit one because you’re gonna be healing that damage with your body‘s natural processes and to because you’re not consuming a ton of sugar which causes all that damage in the first place. That’s how you eat healthy this lady read something in a book and went on a TV show pretending she’s a nutritional expert, sorry she’s giving you crap advice in with the miracle the Internet you can go read all those medical studies for yourself and if you’re a reasonably smart human being it becomes very clear very quickly that the people making our dietary decisions are political idiots get big money from big Pharma and big agricultural industry who are making big money while everyone else is getting fat and being killed by cancer and diabetes and obesity because of the crap these so-called experts tell us to eat. Don’t listen to this lady, yes donate the drinks go make some green tea throw a wedge of lemon in there which is going to give you the only nutrition that fruits can give you that you can’t get from green vegetables stop eating sugar and stop listening to someone who read an old medical book that had bad advice in it from bad science done in the 1930s and 40s and just start eating healthy, eat fatty meat eat bacon and eggs eat dark leafy green vegetables and a lot of them limit your meat and protein. If anything have more fat not protein because protein will turn to sugar so you need to eat it moderately I need to write vegetables and stop listening to these people who memorize some answers from an archaic old book telling them what to think based on horrible science by unqualified scientists and don’t waste your money on crap like these drinks and a bunch of vitamin supplements and gimmicky diet crap that’s just made to make more money off of you. Let me translate what she was tryna say but didnt want to becuase she dosent wanna be quoted or sued is basically the company is selling you the daily intake that the average body can take 2000 calories a day , in one bottle. No i dont mean the calories i mean 2000 Calories is the average amount a average person should be eating. But they take the average and put the reccomended daily intake in one drink this is bad becuase when you drink a whole serving you just took you daily intake now if you eat drink or have any other food it will push your intake on these things over the top and cause alot of damage to you nephrons/ your liver soem you can pee out safely like vitamin c which is a big one since we cant absord alot of that and theres like alot of in some of these but others cant be just peed out and have to be broken down whch vitaims have very large granules or grian sizes comparative to the regular thing broken down here so they cause damage while being broken down thus making them very bad as they speed up damage in the body and especially the liver and over stimulating your body leading to things like hormone imbalance and effect your immune system making you more seceptable to illness ect. If you wanna drink these safety I recommend drinking a 1/3 of it throughout the day then at least you don't shock your body to much leaving it to have to get rid of all the extra stuff you can keep in you casuing damage or if you wanna drink the whole thing one sitting Excersize for about 30 mins to and hour then drink one or if it's incredibly hot and you doing hard work drink a half but honestly I really wish yall would just drink water when your thirsty this goes for Gatorade prime all these energy drinks and electrolyte drinks ALL OF THEM DRINK WATER !!! REGULAR WATER NOT THE ONE WITH ELECTROLYTES EITHER ! UNLESS YOUR DOCTOR SAYS YOU NEED MORE !!

IDC if it's healthy. I drink it's because it's a good alternative to drinking soda and tastes really good. Has less sugar and toxic chemicals than pop.

When you are on a protein water diet this is totally fine and healthy for you. Plus she should be taking more water than food carbs and fat cause our body is made up of 90% of water plus eating most water vitiams that you can get from so vegs so you don't have to take vitamin pills cause alot of your plant base foods have lots of vitiams in them so I say it's healthy cause it absorbs faster and with exercise and toning your body for muscle mass it's a good way to keep you moving and to feeling better with energy. These days people drink way to many energy drinks then they should witch are way bad for you cause they are nothing but empty carbs and lost of sugar

Vitamin water can save third-world countries. I noticed that when I drink a bottle of vitamin water I hardly need to eat anything. This could help save the world from poverty and give them the vitamins and nutrients they need. I believe people need to make Ted talks about this and creating supply chains so this can happen on a large scale.
