If you have a 'Grocery Outlet' in your area . . . you can find really good deals on these health foods. I got that Rebbl chocolate shake once for only $.99 . . as it was nearing it's best buy date (still within 30 days). Unfortunatley I was unfamiliar with it and only bought one. Now that I'm watching Bobby's vids . . . I'm learning what to look for.

That store is iffy. Things are old. Smoothies are often un usable. Never buy frozen food there. Often thawed and re froze . They sell holiday foods priced like fresh 4 mo.s after.

@@MeTreesndirt You have to be careful bout the frozen/refrigerated perishables but . . . everything else has the 'sell by' or 'use by' dates on them and are there b/c major grocery stores won't stock them if their dates are within 3-4 months. So you have an opportunity to try items that would cost you much more at the reg grocery store.
