I'm a 200cm tall, 125 kg lifter. I can do 6 strict ones with a few months of training. How can you not get above the bar? Do you train your back ?

This is perfect. Even as an experienced lifter my setup is wobbly, so I’m unfamiliar with speed reps. I wasn’t sure what were actual benchmarks I could aim and work towards. Even 10+ years into lifting, I found this very helpful! 😊

“Grease the groove” worked wonders for me there. Combined with 2 regular weekly full body days, I got my chest to bar pull-ups from 8 to 15 in a month and unlocked level 3.

Can my mechanics keep me from doing pull-ups to my chest? It feels awkward when I do pull-ups, but I can do probably 10-12 from a dead hang to chin over the bar. I can’t get my chest there and I feel like I should be able to 😅

If you can't get your chin fully over the bar, it's not a pull up, (and you're most likely from the U.S.)
