This is perfect. Even as an experienced lifter my setup is wobbly, so I’m unfamiliar with speed reps. I wasn’t sure what were actual benchmarks I could aim and work towards. Even 10+ years into lifting, I found this very helpful! 😊

“Grease the groove” worked wonders for me there. Combined with 2 regular weekly full body days, I got my chest to bar pull-ups from 8 to 15 in a month and unlocked level 3.
