So helpful, thank you. And loving the practitioner training. I'm starting to wonder how much nnEMF impacts on histamine intolerance too...
@enlightenedmood3 ай бұрын
I think it's a lot, because nnEMF's dehydrate intracellular fluid, because it compromise the mitochondria's ability to create EZ water.

A lot, I believe!

It’s been a game changer for me regarding psoriasis. I believe mine is histamine related and when I started following the sun, ditched nighttime blue light and drink good water with salt my skin has turned around. My body was about 80% covered now I just have some patches on my trunk and back of neck. We’ll see how I do this winter but I’m going to eat seasonally with a lot of fish and see how it goes.

Mine really escalated after the mandatory health worker 💉 in 2021.. I wasn't histamine intolerant until then😞

Your body probably needed a lot more water to try & deal with the ‘assault’. That could easily have depleted your minerals & triggered cellular dehydration. Minerals such as Potassium, Magnesium & Sodium are highly involved in fluid balance, but get very depleted when the body is under stress. B vitamins drop, too, especially B1 - Thiamine - also crucial for energy (ATP) generation. All the B vitamins are involved in Nervous System support & repair. Acute Thiamine deficiency (Beriberi) is very much alive & kicking in our modern diet & lifestyle & is surreptitiously responsible for a huge array of our modern diseases (Look up the NCBI article ‘Hiding in Plain Sight: Modern Thiamine Deficiency’ by Dr. Derrick Lonsdale & Chandler Marrs).

Hi Carrie, what is the difference between the hypertonic and isotonic minerals you recommend?
@carriebwellness2 ай бұрын
Isotonic more closely mimics your blood plasma (so I recommend it more as the daily maintenance option) and hypertonic is 3x the isotonic solution and useful for other interventions. Easiest to hear more detail in my community! www.carriebwellness.com/offers/LQXCiKFP/checkout

I drink water with one mineral or another added all day, plus go through about a tsp of Real Salt a day. I stop drinking around 4 each day so that i won't have to get up at night. But lately i keep waking up around 3 - 3:30 am. It seems that my heart rate is elevated. Could that be my POTS or a histamine release? I have been thinking the latter... I am on a No Plant GAPS diet. Do you think ot possible that dehydration is causing a histamine release at that hour due to dehydration?
@chrisstoner76863 ай бұрын
That time in the morning will usually point to your liver.

Can you be hydrated but low on electrolytes? I drink enough water daily but was hospitalized for low electrolytes a year ago. I did start adding Celtic salt to my water. Can low electrolytes cause a histamine reaction? This time a year my sinuses and my ears really drive me crazy. I have no clue what it is that irritates me. I have to use Flonase and a anti-histamine, which I prefer not taking. Thank you!

@@Godisgreat-777 yes low electrolites cause dehydration...and that can cause it.

Hydration isn't just about the water you drink; it's also about your "EZ water status" internally. I have lots of courses on this and they're all "pay what you choose"! www.carriebwellness.com/store

I have several recommendations for how to make sure you're truly hydrated and not just via drinking water. My best resource to learn more is my Hydration Masterclass and all of my course are in a "pay what you choose" model: www.carriebwellness.com/offers/qbF2vZcu/checkout

Well we can't drink the water because its poisoned so we are scared of water and we become dehydrated and suffer. So yes that's exactly what's going. How do we hydrate what do we need to purchase to have drinkable water that does cost a fortune. We are screwed.
@crystalclear62053 ай бұрын
@@cservello2581 Zero water filter. There, you're no longer screwed. Lol.. I run through a Berkey and then Zero. But Zero is good enough.

I have a pretty tight budget, so I purchased a distiller from Amazon that was around $100. It does take about 4 hours per gallon but I also buy distilled water at the store to keep up. If you're concerned about minerals you can get the bottle of drops to add, or make sole water with pink salt to keep up with minerals.
@carriebwellness2 ай бұрын
I would not recommend a Berkey as a quality water filter. I do have a list on my site of what I do recommend, though. And being "hydrated" isn't just about the water you drink; it's also about your "EZ water" internally. Lots of classes on this and they're all pay what you choose. www.carriebwellness.com/store
