How I Approach Fashion & Skincare | Being In Spiritual Path

In this video I have shared with you guys how I manage to live in ashram but still maintain a balance with the outside world. My approach towards Fashion & Skincare. I don't follow trend but I believe in shopping smart. So you can have outfit for any occasion with minimum effort.

Its not about looking good, more importantly its looking presentable will make you feel more confident and more approachable. And few simple steps just like not wearing crinkled clothes, filling nails, good posture, being attentive, having a smile etc. Can make so much difference, irrespective of whatever you do or wherever you go.

It happened with me since one year ago...i just stopped looking at the mirror or bothering about my looks... Nd what I'm wearing, ... But at the same time when I look at our guru ji 🙏 He looks like a king 👑 in whatever he wears ...and i feel lyk aah! He is the king of my 🤍🥰😌☺️🙏 If I share about my pimple problems.. it's almost vanished 😃😃 after doing simple meditation practice regularly from two years may be.. nd yes I'm blessed 🙊Ooo not just I but we !!! 💐💐☺️🙏✨✨🤗

I was too in this phase 1 yr ago...i wouldn't even properly comb my hair while going out and then when someone would be judging me tht would upset me...now i m finally out it "acting over spiritual phase". I think if society don't at all matter to you, be whatever way you wanna be but if it does matter even a little be presentable.

Hey I love the way you bring isha inside stories and experiences. can you tell about the rituals and precaution observed during solar or moon eclipse especially in the temples like the dhyanlinga or linga bhairavi because I heard that consecrated spaces needs to closed during eclipse and cleaned after eclipse. Thherefore, out of compassion, I try to make it easier for others to see me by taking care of my appearance 😊 For me, my appearance doesn't matter. However, it makes it difficult for other people to contact me if I am neglected. Simply, me - in the neglected version, I am perceived as a sick or poor person. In my country - such people are disregarded and hardly anyone listens to them. And I have a lot to tell 😂 When my appearance falls within the framework of being well-groomed, people start to listen to me with attention. They just treat me as an equal, not as someone below. I have to make life easier for others. Not everyone can listen to a woman without focusing on thinking: why doesn't she care about her appearance? People even told me full of anger, if they had such and such conditions, they would dress better 🙃 So, I am making it easy 😊❤🙏

I never cared much about how do I look. Actually I even enjoyed sometime looking funny but cleanliness is of course so important that I can't think you can find anyone in the Ashram that would disagree with that. By the way, some face skin care, like what I saw you advertising for, are also perfect make up for haloween or such opportunities ;P

Hi Shato di, I wanted to ask a question(not related to the video), Sadhguru in one of his videos mentioned that in ashram, when someone is around the age 32-33, some special sadhana/initiation is given. Is it only for brahmacharis or common people/householders as well. Could you please clarify on that if you know about it.
