Love your channel, I find it interesting that the video you’re smiling in is the one that went the most viral when all of your other videos are just as valuable. So definitely flash that beautiful smile in your thumbnails. It shows even more youthfulness especially when talking about being 56!!! Still amazed at that! Keep on shining! Keep on smiling!

I just discovered your channel last night and I love it!! I will definitely be trying out the hair products you’ve recommended for my short 4C super dry hair. Thank you 🙏🏾

The dryness is real. My humidifier is my saving grace even though my hydro bill increases. Try adding some glycerin into your styling products. It's a humectant designed to draw moisture to your hair. 😊

I use bentonite clay and egg whites to create a face mask. Never used it on my hair/scalp but I bet it would be great. Just don't have the patience for it because I use the henna/indigo two-step 8 hour process on my hair which discourages me from putting more effort into hair maintenance. But more importantly, I wanted to comment that you look fabulous with your scarf reflecting against your face @ 21:59. Have you had your color chart done? I'm sure you have since you worked in the cosmetic industry. Such a great color on you....💛

@sekaieikou1894 Haven't tried the mask with egg whites. I've only used it on my hair. 8 hours process?? Goodness gracious! Lol! Y9u definitely need patience. The henna cream is one hour max. My background is in fashion as well. I just use my intuition when it comes to colours. 😊 Thanks for commenting.

For hair growth, have you tried mixing organic vitamin C with organic MSM crystals? It is worth trying.. it really helps with your hair’s integrity. Makes it thicker and healthier looking.

This was a great video. My hair is your texture with different thin areas. Mine is at the very top, but a similar shape. I am your age as well. We look similar, so it is great to have a good to when I need help on menopause and good chemical free go tos. I am 56 and stuck in peri- menopause.

No we don't use Bragg's! I learned a wonderful secret from a friend of my Mom's who had a wonderful head of hair well into her 80s...she took fresh peach leaves and steeped them in hot water and applied it to her scalp and hair and just styled it as usual. I followed her lead by steeping the leaves in boiling water for 7-10 hours and putting the hair tea in a spray bottle which I keep in the fridgerator. I use said tea as a daily moisturizer, followed by an oil of choice then a cream-based leave in conditioner. My post-menopausal natural hair has grown in so thick I can barely get a comb through it :) You can get peach leaves anywhere you purchase bulk herbs.

@@mariemercurius you're very welcome! I neglected to mention that you should strain out the leaves and just use the liquid (tea) as the moisturizer...smells wonderful too!
