Hello! I would like to give you a few tips for acne to go away: 1. Drink a lot of water (water is actually the most important thing. When you drink atleast 2 glasses of water after few hours you have to go to washroom where all the dust/unhealthy things in your body gets away) 2. Exercise (I'll recommend you to exercise for minimum 15-20 minutes. You can do any normal exercise you know. When you get sweat the dust Present ON your skin slides away.) 3. Don't stress (Stressing more can cause your brain to know that you're mentally not so good and it can cause more acne or problems.) Please remember: *PATIENCE AND SELF-LOVE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE SOCIETY TALKS ABOUT YOU!* ~Have a nice day, beautiful/handsome stranger...♡

There are no studies confirming the relationship between hydration and acne. I don't know why everyone mentions it as mandatory. The only thing that comes to me is chronic dehydration, it can secrete too much cortisol and this increases the work of the glands. Drinking water does not affect the hydration of the skin, skin care does xd
@Crazycooco Жыл бұрын
Exercise is good for your body but isn’t good enough for your acne. Sweat clogs your pores. Just wash your face and drink up. Just drinking water isn’t enough to get rid of acne. That’s like saying drinking enough water will keep you clean lol

You know, acne helped me a lot and I'm very thankful of them. It helped me found my real friends who doesn't judge book by its cover and helped me get rid of some toxic friends I thought was real before I got my acnes who were actually just sticking with me to take advantage of me. It also drove the boys who always annoys me wherever I go that I can't have my private space even inside our classroom!! It was super annoying that when I go back to school with acnes after our long vacation, they finally kept theirselves away from me! Yahoo! Freedom! Now I'm happily spending my time, with my acnes occasionally appearing and disappearing from time to time because I sometimes forget to drink mineral water and leave them oily when going to sleep😅 But I think, I need to seriously start taking care of my skin properly this time because were not going back to school anytime soon~ Wish me luck~😋

Just use benzoyl peroxide it's a topical medication sold in any normal drug store such as Walgreens CVS pharmacy or like Walmart supercenter the panOxyl 4% or 10% works great it beaches your clothes so make sure to rinse off good btw and as a side treatment use the salicylic acid CeraVe SA cleanser works good or Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant

@@serg9329 sorry to bother you, when should I use benzoyl peroxide in skincare routine? Im a bit confused, some says before moisturizer or after moisturizer.
@serg93293 жыл бұрын
@@xd.a.n 3 steps cleanse treat moisturize (sunscreen if it's daytime) so use a cleanser that fits your skin type CeraVe has an amazing cleanser line I use them, after that use a treatment you have the salicylic acid to exfoliate and benzoyl peroxide to treat your face make sure your ur skin is dry before applying benzoyl peroxide follow the instructions (most benzoyl peroxide come in form of a cleanser so use that instead of regular cleanser) use a treatment then moisturizere and apply sunscreen as needed during daytime done

Wanna know how I clear my acne? I have acnes since junior high all the way through college, and it was getting worse in my collage years. And then, I graduated and BAM! My face never been more radiant and clean. Turns out most of them was caused by stress from school stuff and perhaps air polution. Now I work at home since I graduate collage and thought "oh, this why everything I tried never worked". I consume sweets, dairy, junk food all I want and don't really take care of my skin as much as I did in college, and my skin is fine as hell

Considering you bake, have you ever think of using "more friendly sugar"? I mean, something like Stevia, Xylitol, etc. I have no acne. I have kinda like...scarring, cystic, white and black heads mainly on my chin and it’s SUPER annoying. Because my family always points it out and my mom gets mad at me so she called me ugly or say my face looks really bad, I become so insecure that I never wanna take my mask off in front of my friends. I hate going out while wearing it. My acne, most of it is really just mainly dark scarring and because I’m mixed, it shows very easily. So when my mom or grandmother always point out my insecurity I’ve just really grown to think I’m disgusting and everyone must think it about me. Yeah, it’s normal but idk...I just never want to show my face to anyone. The craziest part is I would never, especially if I know, point out anybody’s insecurity. It’s messed up. Instead make them feel beautiful and unique. After all they are😌💅. A queen needs to feel like a queen even if she believes her crown is slightly tilted (which it isn’t).

I never had a problem with acne but there was a reason behind that was i ate really less or no meat but when in pandemic i started eating more or literally every meal with meat i started having acne. It didn't take me a second to stop on my meat consumption. As long as you find out what is causing your acne you can tackle it. 💜

Not just limiting your sugar intake, but also your carbs intake. Carbohydrates will be converted into glucose inside your body. Too much glucose can spike the insulin level in our body, that's responsible for acne breakouts and other diseases.
