How I Cleared my Acne (somehow) PHILIPPINES | Lj Torres

Finally got the courage to share with you guys my acne journey. As what ive been saying in the video, some products may work for me but not for you. And also take note that I used a rejuvenating set that may cause redness and skin peeling esp for sensitive skin but so far, based on my experience I haven’t experienced any worst.
Take note to do a skin test first before trying out any products and also rejuv sets isnt rlly that good for the skin if its used for so long. It can affect your skin barrier so dont use it as a maintenance skin care routine. If you can also do a research before trying out products, much better. Lmk!! Ill be updating you guys abt my skin current condition real soon AA road to clear skin plz

Hi, I saw that you used st. bars scrubs. I don't recommend using that, try a chemical exfoliator. Much more gentler and more effective. Just a helpful tip.

Gumagamit rin ako nung aztec clay mask. Noon, I use to mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and the clay powder pero apparently I watched Doctorly and sabi nila na that mixture is too acidic for your face. Ang healthy amount of mixture daw for your skin is 1 part apple cider vinegar + 4 parts of water tapos equal part nung mix na yun and nung clay powder. Ang reason kung bakit may lumalabas na pimples with puss (nana) after using it is because the purpose ng clay mask is to pull impurities out that is within the skin. What I do when a pimple with puss appears is apply na lang ng acne patch on it. ONLY use ONCE A WEEK and leave it on your face for no more than 10 mins. Use a hydrating moisturizer afterwards. USE WITH CAUTION kasi it might work for you or not. Also throw mo na yang St. Yves na scrub kasi di siya maganda for your skin, mas damaging siya sa skin kahit na feel mo after scrubbing na ang smooth ng skin mo. :))

Maybe it's steroid acne 🥺 I also suffered from severe breakout and all I did is visit a dermatologist and now I'm just trying those hypoallergenic skin care prods. Tretinoin ( it's a type of vitamin A if I'm not mistaken) is a great help🥺 plus using cethapil wash which is the baby wash, luxe aloe vera gel, and a gel sunblock. Now it's getting better 😊❤️

@@mikaelamacaballug2338yong sakin po is prescribed ng dermatologist ( which is tretinoin with ketoconazole) pero nong naubos po sa shopee na po ako bumili Tretinoin (Acne Care ) and AGlobal Care Inc. po yong store, but you can check sa mga drugstore po😊 ingat lang din po sa pag lagay, dapat medyo manipis lang or dapat kaya lang ng skin mo , and best gamitin kapag gabi kasi sensitive yon sa liwanag (sa araw) but if severe po ang breakout mo it's better to consult a dermatologist na po 😊

omg I have the same experience. Most of the products mentioned at the beginning of the vid didn't worked for me as well. I agree na dapat talaga nagcoconsult na agad sa dermatologist. I just finished my isotretinoin oral medication and my skin is pimple free now.

@@Yana-L hi! Yes up to this day regular pa rin ako sa derma clinic to fix the aftermath of my breakout which are the acne marks and scars. I took the isotretinoin oral meds for 6 mos. depende rin kung gaano kasevere yung acne breakout mo. Others take if for a year or two.

And then i went to derma and yon nawala, red marks na lang natira so hindi ako mapakali gusto ko ng kuminis ayun nag try ako mag rejuv which is it worsen my skin, sobraaaa. So now nag derma ako ulit so ayon in process na ngayon. Advice ko lang sa nga may pimples wag kayong mag try try ng nga products talaga. Just go straight to derma.

hmm.. im actually just gonna share some of my acne journey… in 2019 my forehead BROKE OUT- and in early 2020 it went away. And sa quarantine it went back pero not just in the forehead but in my cheeks, and in my temples narin of my face. Tapos pumunta all over my face. And this 1 time actually it went all away. But really my no. 1 tip when it went away like sobrang clear is NEVER TOUCH UR FACE!!! Like thats the tip that rly worked the most but now i had an acne breakout and its still healing😭

Im not that sure beb but I exceeded the 30 days HQHHWHW DAMN its mild lang kasi since rejuv 1. All i know is rejuv shouldn’t be used for a long period of time kasi makakasira na sya ng skin barrier :((

SIS. Lahat ng products na sinabi mo natry ko rin pati yung effect niya sa mukha ko ganun din! Especially yung sinabi mong clear skin ka tas bigla nalang naging nagka-acne ka. Super feel ko.
