Hahaha rewatching this..who caught the edit I accidentally left in here? Hint..it's around the part of the Vitamin C Serum. I try my best but missed it 😅🙈 Literally thought I would edit it out so I repeated myself 😂 What are your favorite skincare products that have helped your skin? I want to know!

I go through phases of my skin getting really red when apply water or my face creams just by touching my skin! Also I get those bumps! I agree I feel mine is not from congested pores, but irritation and the skin barrier. Absolutely love this video so so helpful 💜 I feel like I need that face wear mask! X

do you get any sebum under those bumps or are they just empty, not squeezable?

Thank you, really appreciate this video! I've been thinking of getting one of those masks and I didn't know about the FDA approval so that's really helpful. I have type 1 rosacea (I'm pretty sure) so still figuring out what works best for me. I always buy super clean ingredients, but that doesn't always mean it's non irritating. Thanks also for bringing up the non fragrance.

MaddySweden so glad this was helpful to you! Absolutely-I love clean beauty but some brands include essential oils in their products and that can be very sensitizing as well. Thanks for watching! 💕✨

Sarah Fantappie it was expensive but worth the splurge. I was liking the eye light mask and researched a bunch and wanted a whole face one that’s quick and easy and safe. 🥰❤️

What do you use morning vs evening? Do you use the milk peel before using anything else when you do use it?
@sarahpalmyra4 жыл бұрын
yes I usually go in with the milk peel first since it's a wash up product! In the morning I add a vitamin C and a good SPF. I have updated my routine since this post so I'll be sharing that again soon😊

Do you have an alternative to the Hymed Reconstructive Cream? 💞
@sarahpalmyra3 жыл бұрын
Yes! The Ultra Repair Cream by First Aid Beauty is similar and you can get 1 oz for $12 😊

Would you mind giving us an update on the mask? 😊
@sarahpalmyra4 жыл бұрын
Sure thing! Update is my mom stole it from me. She says she needs to use it almost daily and that she feels that the benefits diminish once she takes a break. I do think if you want to splurge it may be worth the investment but since it's less strong than professional treatments it has to be used consitently.

💖I just discover your channel and I’m subscribing! I’m really jealous of your skin, mine is such a mess, even with the help of dermatologists. I’ve done dercutane (vitamin A pills) 2 years in the past, really strong and drying treatment but my skin was ok. But now, a few years later I was diagnosed with acne rosacea plus blackheads and whiteheads, so I’m gonna go back to dercutane. I’m really afraid to spend my life between pills treatments if I want a healthy skin. I’ve done medical creams and other pills besides those, but nothing works.

Hi! First of all thanks for being here and thank you for sharing! That sounds so tough--it's so emotionally draining when your skin isn't doing what you want it to do. 💕 I totally feel you on to medicate or not to medicate, I've been reading studies about the side effects of long term use but mostly regarding steroids. Perhaps if you haven't seen an esthetician, seeing a well rated esthetician in your area might be worth a try once that becomes possible again. They usually have a very holistic perspective and are licensed to treat and diagnose. ✨It sounds cliche but trying to love your skin where it's at takes a huge weight off your shoulders too! 💕
@Laurabareac4 жыл бұрын
Sarah Palmyra thanks for replying!😊I’ve been thinking about seeing an esthetician for a while but I wasn’t sure if that’s not going to mess my skin more than it is. However, maybe you are right in the holistic approach, so, in a few days I have an appointment with my dermatologist and I will ask her if I could use the help of an esthetician along with her own to avoid harsh treatments (like the pills) but also trying to get rid of the problems. Pd: I really try to love my skin by wearing zero foundation even in the worst skin days. At the end of the day, if I can look at my face everyday in the mirror without judging, so can the people around me💖

Dealing with an impaired skin barrier and need all the help I can get. Can I share with you my current routine to see if I am on the right track? I feel like I am getting better one minute and then not the next. :(
@marcy27942 жыл бұрын
From what I know, for impaired/damaged skin barrier slugging is a good option before sleeping (basically you should over-moisturise but not to the extent that you feel uncomfortable or heavy/oily) Some recommended creams for this can be: snail derived creams, original vaseline, Cera Ve petroleum jelly, Cera Ve healing ointment (expensive though). And Sarah made a video on this too: kzbin.infofkdCh3mbnj8?feature=share Some “slugging” videos for reference: kzbin.infova-4zbBY_CY?feature=share kzbin.infoHKqulEj00RU?feature=share Another product Sarah recommended for inflamed skin: kzbin.infoJ1JBhLB0FE0?feature=share
