I've been struggling with high levels of anxiety lately too, on the verge of panic attacks many times. Definitely spending some me time in nature helps me. Sometimes it can be overwhelming just to leave the apartment or to get out of bed... But if I have the chance, if I'm feeing good enough physically (I also struggle with chronic pain) and emotionally, part of my routine includes walks in the park. Thanks for the reminder to take care of ourselves and be mindful of how we spend our energy! Sending love and calming vibes your way 🍃

Oh gosh that sounds really tough 🤗 Anxiety and pain are definitely two massive challenges to live with, I hope you can find some small ways to alleviate some stress at least, here and there. It's been really helpful for me to cut out any unnecessary tasks or plans throughout the months - over time I've noticed it has made a bigger impact than I expected or noticed at first. It does mean more time alone but I find so much peace from it, I don't really see the downside ☺ Sending so much love back to you from my own sensitive heart & so many positive intentions & happiness for the future! Thank you for sharing this space with me 🥰🧡

Hello again, and so happy for your Nature Ride and resulting smiles! A 30-year IT career kept me locked in buildings without windows for years. I reacted by moving to the sticks and buying my 5-acre corner of the world. Over 25-years we raised all manner of critters from horses, pony, goats, dogs, cats, ducks, geese, chickens, ferrets, a few kids, and finally alpaca. This will be our final year on the farm, and it's been births, deaths, dirty, nasty, too hot, too cold, too expensive, too much time, too much work - and completely magical, healthy, and deeply satisfying. It's amazing we humans manage to function at all given our cantankerous electro-chemical systems & life-style choices, but I believe spending time with nature & animals is vital to mental health and a great antidote to society in general! Thanks For Sharing!

there's alot to be anxious about in this world of constant information and a infinite amount of negative bad shit I think completely removing yourself from the web and embracing the real world is truly the answer to peace from that

I think you're on to something - equally, i think it's important that we help communicate positivity to those who need it. In the time we are in, the digital world may be the start of that. Fine balancing act but over time I hope we move from the internet, back to more local community based work & support. It's a heck of a time to be alive 🤠
