Technically yes, I was able to play it on real hardware using one of those flash cartridges. The gameboy community is able to create custom legit cartridges but I have no idea how you would/could go about that. Good luck

​@DistractedCoder I've done a lot of research and people made a cartridge and a little connecter to connect the cartridge to the computer and using a app you can put roms on to Gameboy Gameboy color and Gameboy advanced

I still need to learn ZGB. I've been working purely in GBDK to learn the core of the library. Cool game. Did you reach out to a publisher?

I didn't bother with a publisher. The game is no where near as polished as some of the other games coming out for Game Boy. As for ZGB, the tutorial is a good start, but for me I found it more useful to dig through the code of other ZGB projects. Many of the projects are linked right from the ZGB GitHub page. Good Luck

A lot of resources are linked from the ZGB Github page github.com/Zal0/ZGB. You can find the Wiki which covers the tutorial game and links to other projects creatd with ZGB. The GBDK Discord channel has a dedicated section for ZGB and the people there are quite helpful.
