Thank you so much! I come from the cookie decorating world, and so often I had to tell customers that I didn't want to copy other people's works! I don't find it stimulating, plus, it's just not OK to do. PS, the mop brush cam in a set that I purchased at Michaels 😉

I have seen ones that they semi fussy paint color in the background and then do pen and ink doodles. I like the poured paint a lot better as a starting point. Thanks going to try it.

Stunning! By far my favorite piece to date. I really enjoy the opacity of the acrylic versus the watercolor (though those are beautiful as well!). I think finding a paper that can stand up to the amount of water this technique takes was the chef's kiss. You are truly becoming masterful at this style!

Love this 👍🙂💛 Something to consider when working with acrylic paint... It shouldn't be diluted with water as much as you did, in the bottles and then on the paper. By doing so you dilute the bonding agents. Acrylic paint should be diluted with acrylic mediums meant for that. Some water is okay but not more than 30% is recommended. 🙂
