Protein goals are a big trend lately, and I try to consistently eat 150-200 grams of protein per day. It's a lot easier than you think, you just need to choose foods that are naturally high in protein, like i will show in this video.

The general rule of protein to body weight you're referring to is 1g protein per *kilogram* of body weight, not per *pound*, which is far less. For example, a 200lb person weighs 91kg.

For post-menopausal women who want to drop fat and gain muscle, it's important to eat your body weight in protein OR if you weigh over 150 pounds, to aim for 150 grams a day. I'm talking if you lift weights 4 or more days a week and walk several days a week as well. That's the secret sauce to body recomp and fat loss over 40 for women. (for my body anyway). I lost 5 inches in my waist and about 1 pound per week in 8 weeks (actually lost 9 pounds in 8 weeks) doing all of that. It works if you work it!

It is, especially considering he doesn't weigh anywhere near 200 lbs. He also doesn't look like he lifts heavy weights, so he has no need to eat that much protein. Only if you're in the gym at least 4-5 days a week and lifting heavy do you need to eat your weight in protein. Normal people who live moderately active lifestyles and hit the gym occasionally only need around 80-100 grams per day. If you're very active and lift weights, just eat your own weight in protein. Why do you guys care if he promotes his favorite products? Why do you care if he works for a company? He's trying to make a living!!! If you don't like him move on!! If you don't like the product don't buy it! Simple

Thanks Bobby. Still wondering what Costco you shop at? I shop at the one in Boca Raton when I visit. I think you live near Boca. When home I shop at Costco in Teterboro NJ or Nanuet NY. I enjoy playing the piano at Costco. 🎹 👍

I think it’s not enough protein. I think you need about 350 grams.

This is so wrong it’s not even funny. Maybe a body builder needs 1g of protein per pound of body weight, but no one else does. Most people need 1g of protein per kg of body weight, which is a lot less. This guy literally doesn’t do any research. And obviously 200g of protein per day is NOT doing anything for his physique, yikes.

He is 200, but it’s all fat. He’s skinny fat, all his fat is held in his midsection. But the 200g of protein is actually what’s causing him to get fatter, since he’s wrong and you only need about 0.5g of protein per pound of body weight
