Kelli Tobin so it's its 1 expresso shot for a small. 2 espresso shots for medium and large - then boiling water on top, till it reaches the top of the cup.. and a dash of almond milk. I think it's called an" americano" in the US I could be wrong though.

I had almost two full days of Sezzy like eating and I felt amazing and light and I swear I felt leaner (even though I know that's not enough time to actually lose weight)But then I lost to peer pressure and had some bread with my family and I feel so sick and like there's a rock in my stomach. Gonna endeavour to have more Sezzy-style meals this week.Also dug out my workout dvds that were collecting dust. I feel too self concious to go to the gym but want to do better for my body instead of only doing running. Clearly what I've been doing isn't working so it's time for something new!

allaboutbrie it's all about balance and fruit and nut mix is full of healthy fats and natural sugars. As long as it is replacing the processed sugar in your diet, and you are not eating it as well as cake/ice cream/sweets then it shouldn't impede your weight loss. I find that it actually helps me feel full because of all the protein and fibre! :)
