I'm a girl with a porn addiction and I've been addicted for about 4 years maybe? It really kicked off when COVID started and I haven't been able to get over it since. It's to the point where I can't finish unless I am watching porn. I stopped watching it about 2-3 days ago and I haven't been struggling but my breaking point is about 5-6 days so I'm gonna try to stay strong.
