How i fitted a windage tray to the popular zetec engine conversion without the hard to find bolts.

Like many out there that are doing the popular zetec engine conversion i ran in to problems finding the bolts to fit the windage tray to a black top zetec engine.
Living in northern sweden its hard to find just the bolts from an engine. This is how i solved the problem using simple tools. Give it a go its not as hard as you think!!

Great video. I would do some research into using nylon nuts inside the engine,maybe you already have? I just think it would be a disaster if they were melt or soften to the point they came loose. Hopefully someone with actual knowledge can tell me to shut up.😂 thanks for sharing Mike 👍

Most windage trays are fitted with ordinary nuts, the oil shouldn't get above 100 degrees so the nylon won't melt or soften. I'll look inte things like locking washers just incase. 👍👍
