@Connor, I'm not sure if you'll see this message, but I truly hope it reaches you. Since 2009, as a teenager, I've battled with chronic back issues that have only worsened over the years. After 15 years, several debilitating relapses have left me in severe pain, struggling to find relief through conventional advice and exercises from professionals. There were times when the pain was so overwhelming that I constantly questioned living. Then, I stumbled upon one of your videos on psoas stretches. It hasn't been an immediate fix, given my 15 years of battling this injury, but for the first time in over a decade, I'm experiencing nights free from backache. This improvement has given me new hope and significantly reduced my pain. You've truly touched my life profoundly-your guidance brought tears to my eyes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a difference. Wherever you are in your journey, I hope you find a little bit of comfort and fulfilment in knowing you've deeply impacted my life for the better. I hope my message give you some encouragement, even if it's a drop compared to the ocean of relief you've given me ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I am literally in the same boat. My mom used to give me a back massage just so I could fall asleep. When I was younger I went to physical therapists but they didn't seem to understand what was going on. It has only gotten worse with age. I have chronic stress, pains, and exhaustion from dealing with this. I am only 30. I feel like I have cake under my skin and cannot sit still. The emotional and psychological toll has been immense. This channel is the only place I have seen where someone understand and addresses the issues I face.

Ya, the case study videos are helpful, and inspirational. I kind of get overloaded with information with all the individual exercise videos. I do one or two stretches/exercises and they are helpful, but i know i need to be table tested or examined to really determine all of my issues and or the root of my problems. Watching this case study gets me a little closer identifying my particular patterns. Thanks so much for these videos!

Hey Conor, some very honest and hopfeully constructive feedback. I think your message is great and a lot of people need to hear it. But I think you can improve on the delivery of it. I tried exercises in multiple of your videos, but either had a hard time figuring out left vs right patterns or just felt that the amount of information presented was too heavy. I think this channel could be even more popular if you were to spend more time on the „story“ and how your approach is different versus the physiology of the exercises. First, help people understand/diagnose what‘s wrong and why other things have not worked, then jump into how to mitigate the issue. I hope this was helpful, happy to share more if you are interested.

Love it! Got the same issue: turned to the right, pain and instability on the right (foot, knee, shoulder) Still do have some difficulty understanding the details. Could you maybe put out (or link) a video that explains (shortly) the wedge set-up for the more prevalent (left AIC?) pattern and what type of excercises (splitsquat?) enable benefitial body alignment? (i.e., is there a complementary set of wedge-positions for the same "mal"alignment in left_foot_front_right_foot_back and right_foot_front_...? please explain the effect of a raised foot in the front (split squat)

I just watch your video on face asymmetry I rewatched it 4 to 5 time to understand it properly and boom i am noticing huge changes in my face but the craziest thing is i have problems breathing from my right nostril (I can’t breath through it ) but now i can breath through my right side 👌 and fixing my asymmetry on face ❤️

Cool content and very interesting approach concerning the forward head posture. Makes a lot of sense. Speaking of breathing as a solution, I hope you don’t mind some critical feedback. Your breathing in general seems rather flat when it comes to speaking. Your voice sounds kind of constricted (throaty) and as if you’re not breathing deeply. This can get a little unpleasant when listening to it for 10 minutes. This might be something to look into.

Hey Connor! How do we adjust bicycling posture to address anterior pelvic tilt? Are there special seats that are good, or should we be manually adjusting posture on a bike, and if so, what to?

Hi Conor, I have a question that I’ve been meaning to ask you since I started following you a couple of years ago, I just think it’s time for me to shoot it and I hope you have the answer for it.. Where in “Toronto” can I find someone like you? Someone who has the same technique and style in fixing posture.

I have the same issue ive had an ankle sprain a couple years back and i still have some swelling and restriction on my right foot no ongoing pain but my dorsiflexion is definitely still restricted towards the end range. my right foot turns out more and i feel i have better hip mobility on my right side than my left but i must’ve lost a lot stability on my right foot because if im standing completely still with both toes and feet forward and if just kind of relieve pressure and stop activity keeping my hips forward i almost instantly start rotating towards my left its really bad lol
