Just training yourself to push with back arm. Maybe not the best idea

that's a lot of what hitting for power is. obviously there's still shifting a little weight on the back leg, rotation, etc. but you are supposed to push through the ball with your back hand. its why for righties the right hand is the "power hand" and same for lefties

but I do see what you mean, sometimes when he does the medicine ball he just pushes with his back arm 😂
