Awesome! I hope I can achieve similar. I just got my first client for a property cleanup through a website form submission. Got rid of the button and put a form before the fold and lo and behold, I got a client. I just got my door hangers and business cards so going to start handing those out on Monday!

Man I love companies like this, impersonal, a corporate office that is out of state, and zero experience compared to an actual locally based company. Please come to my city I need the free advertising. They'll try you once for the cheap and leave you for the awful customer service.
@MikeAndes Жыл бұрын
Be careful what you wish for 😀 Our service isn’t for everyone but some customers value 24/7 support more than being able to text the owner. We know we aren’t for everyone but over 99% of customers are satisfied and we can build a monster on top of that to dictate professional change in the industry

Everyone has their own strategic vision on gaining customers. I personally appreciate you letting us in on your meathod. Keep in mind as much as Everyone is quick to be a critic. Your market is going to be different. This is supposed to be a one size fits all you are seeing. Not always the best. There are a lot more ways to develop marketing. Take what you can leave the rest and develop your own system. Be an individual bussiness. Otherwise just invest in a Augusta Franchise if you want to do it exactly like Mike.

Hourly rates are always per man (per head). That’s why they’re called man hours.

If you're closing 80% you're not charging enough. I would say closing at 40 is not bad.

Growth mode. We don’t care as much about profitability until after month 3… until then we want volume and work backlog 👍🏻✅ after that we are shooting more for that 40% close rate mark for profitability 💪🏻

HELP!! how do you find good and reliable employees??? i struggle to find anyone who cares to even be there
@patricksimoneau7647 Жыл бұрын
From prior management experience this is my solicited yet unsolicited advice. The answer is twofold, firstly attracting good talent can be difficult but may be easier than perceived. When you position yourself as not hiring to help yourself, but hiring to help others and the community it’s easier to “sell” employment. One way to do this is actually be towards the top end on competitive pay or any other benefit you might be able to provide. This doesn’t mean you have to spend thousands on health insurance to attract good candidates but even something like a monthly bbq. Second is the energy around the business. Get excited and celebrate wins, congratulate guys for doing a great job. Not average, but when they do go above and beyond, recognize it. Win in public. Fail in public, but if you need time to compose yourself before being public, do it. Open book management and p4p seem to be very valuable in this as well. Being transparent and having a way for you and your employees to benefit when you win makes for an exciting place to be.
@Scrappygymrat Жыл бұрын
I’d wager no pun intended you’re not paying enough to attract “quality” employees

@bulkoneeto662 Жыл бұрын
Don’t get me wrong it’s always best to join a company to help them out and yourself. But why not just start your own company? Even if you have a small car and can’t fit much in it but you can literally make better money than joining a company for 10x lower pay.
@MikeAndes Жыл бұрын
Lots of reasons. Start up capital, overhead, stress, liability, management experience, risk of wages, health insurance, taxes and legal setup etc Not everyone should be entrepreneurs. Many intrapreneurs have become wealthy as early employees to a growing firm ✅
@WhiteOakNW Жыл бұрын
It’s not 10x lower pay… by the time you factor in all your unbillable office hours and taxes, you often make less as a solo operator per hour than you would working for another company. And you can generally kiss your weekends good bye for the first few years until your company grows and you gain experience.
