2) • ABS & OBLIQUES - 20 MI...
Getting a six pack has definitely been one of the most challenging tasks I've done. You're abs are exhausted 24/7, on top of all the cardio you're forced to do. Really pleased with the results though!

Being in shape in reality is a balance. you need to get to a point where u can be gradually improving yourself over the long run. healthy eating and a regular schedule of 4-6 hours a week in a gym will change your life. any thing you do outside of that is just a bonus. many days i would double my exercise with a hike, run, surf or something and that only helps.

For losing FAT ( notice fat, not weight ) you can literally eat whatever you want as long as you know your basal metabolic rate and eat less than that. You can even have mcdonalds as long as you eat less calories. For building muscle its going to be way harder mainly because you need to prepare your own meals and it takes time. GL

This is completely true. I recently lost 100 pounds in 7 months, and I didn't change what I was eating (Although I began exclusively and excessively drinking water and cut out potatoes) at all, just how much I ate. If you have problems with controlling your appetite drinking a lot of water before you eat seemed like a good way of filling me up.

Eat filling stuff like salads before your regular meals. You'll see that the portion sizes of you regular meals will shrink. That helps a lot. Also natural popcorn is your best friend when it comes to snacks.

You need a lot of self-control but eventually, you just get used to it. I had put up a bit of weight recently and I lost 10kg last summer just by dieting. I let it go a bit and I'm back into controlling my meals. One thing that helped me a lot was meal prep, this way whenever I'm hungry I just grab my meal from the fridge so I'm not tempted to buy food or overeat and it saves me money as well.

Actually, "regiment" = *2 to 6* battalions (US Army); *1 or more* battalions (UK, Australia, NZ etc). *battalion* = *2 or more* rifle companies/troops/batteries, a support company and a command/logistics company. Numbers vary, but 300-800 total manpower is about right (u to 1200 for USMC). *company* = 3-6 *platoons* (again, depends on the service) 80-100 men *platoon* = 4 *sections* (sometimes squd, patrol, 'chalk' or 'fire teams') plus leadership; usually roughly 20 men (but sometimes as many as 40). But as you point out: "regiment" is not relevant to the process outlined in the video (except to the extent that it can also be a verb: he had to _regiment_ himself to follow his desired _regimen_ - and thus usher in a new lifestyle _regime_ ).

twmusicoustic false, a Regiment consists of multiple battalions in the Army or Marine Corps.

Regiment=Regiment, Battalion=Battalion. And it doesnt have to be "Army". It can be Marines, Navy, Airforce, or Coast Guard. The correct term is military

Getting ripped is tough shit. Its not as simple as doing an ab workout and then downing a protein shake. It takes meal prep, rest, macronutrients, water, all this stuff.... on a good note once you do this overtime, your confidence builds up and this becomes a lifestyle rather than a goal

2:40 I fractured my T12 vertebra doing ab vacuums while sitting in my car about 10 years ago. For anyone who tries them, always do them standing up! (And stretched out.) Every time I do them now, my T12 feels like it’s going to do it again, which sucks, because it is the absolute best exercise for slimming one’s waistline that I’ve ever done.

Hey man I'd suggest you work on your jump rope form. You have a lot of arm movement going on. Tuck the elbows in to your sides and utilize your wrists for rotation of the rope. It'll create a lot more fluid movement and you'll be able to do more complex moves like mummy kicks and run in place while producing more rotations for a more cardiovascular experience
