It’s great to see other people who are getting healthy and motivating others too. I’ve lost weight twice after having kids and now I’m on the journey again after my 3rd baby. This time around I made my own healthy lifestyle journals/planners. I’m using them and sell them too. If those can help at least 1 person to change their life then I’ll be happier.

This video is so far the best information I have found so far. I have found similar studies that mention the same things, unlike a lot of hoax videos out there that promotes weird diets. In addition to this, there's a lot of evidence on exercising 30-60 min. grows beneficial bacteria in your gut. I have had a lot of issues with my gut as well, I did everything that is mentioned in here, but for me, eating the right stuff was not enough in itself. The exercising actually did the rest of the work, right now I am running 3 times a week and lifting weights 2 times a week and my gut is absolutely fantastic. I can't eat gluten anymore, but anything else. Regarding gluten there's also evidence suggesting it's promoting inflammation, so I would recommend try to avoid it, even if you don't have celiac disease (allergic to gluten). And once you try making your own food from scratch, it's honestly no issue, living a glutenfree life.

This video is absolutely incredible. I have been experiencing bloat/indigestion/acid reflux for just over a year now. I've already tried most of the things in the video but the only thing I've recently introduced is change of mindset. I've been taking things slower, being religious with mediation/yoga and being more of an optimist. I've already been noticing a difference in how my gut feels. Going to reintroduce the low formap for a little while and stay on top of the prebiotics & probiotics, but most importantly staying calm and making sure to relax. Thank you so much:) Good luck to everyone else who's going through it!

I actually love this, thank you! From the back, my dad looks like a healthy and fit man but from the side and front, his stomach looks huge and it's been like that for years. His mom had colon cancer when she reached her mid 70s. I'm definitely going to make changes to my dad's diet, hopefully the bloating will go away in 2 years max, if not we'll probably have to look into antibiotics (but only by a doctor's recommendation)

I'm not looking at a pic of your dad so I can't say for sure, but aside from bloating, another reason a person can have an unusually large belly compared to the rest of their body is Fatty Liver. Meaning there is fat around the organs in the abdomen. Maybe something to look into. XO

But thank you so much for the suggestion!

@@sadiakhann My pleasure, babe. And I agree, it's best to question it. Self diagnosing isn't an accurate way to know - something like that needs to be tested. For a quick assessment, though, seeing photos of people who have it might help. Thee are definite differences between what a bloated abdomen looks like, and what the abdomen of someone with fatty liver looks like (I did a search for fatty live then clicked on the images tab, a good amount showed up). Fatty Liver is possible even with a healthy diet and no alcohol, so it's definitely something that needs to be verified. I hope he doesn't have it! But, it's quite easy to remedy, also, so either way - wishing you both the best XO

@@feridez5758 Yes, I am definitely not bloated/gassy now, but remember, it took some time and I added it to a restricted diet (basically keto, but you need to know what your individual problem is or your problem foods with a trial and error approach, apart from kefir I consume other milk products very rarely), not a standard diet. Frankly it is a bit less restricted now thanks to kefir, but for a normal person it is very restricted.

After an entire childhood, including teens plus early 20's, of a very unhealthy mindset, the digestive distress was unbearable. When you have a lifetime of damage to unravel it's not a quick transformation. My digestive illnesses turned into liver illness (since the two systems are intimately linked) and the overpopulation of "bad bugs" including viruses led to a horrible time with low grade Epstein Barr infection for the past 2 years. It's been a rocky road to say the least. Now I'm learning to be positive and heal my wounded heart from days gone by by feeling and acknowledging any brokenness. Slowly healing. Hard to heal when life in this world is so chaotic. It's tempting to scream and hide from the mess. But that would be very stress inducing 😅 So it's best to look for the positive in everything, feel what you feel, and anchor yourself in Jesus Christ. Prayers to anyone in chaotic health messes. Health messes are not here to ruin you, I promise. Like Anastasia said, it's happening FOR you. Believe it. It has more to offer then it takes, and time will show you that. Be of good cheer!!

for anyone who struggles with gut issues - many of these recommendations are not working for all types of bodies. For me, fermented foods, plant based foods, omega 3, collagen, grains (even soaked), legumes and probiotics create so much more bloating and fermentation in my gut. In my own research i discovered that some people who are highly sensitive, have ADHD, autism, are more artistic and kinetic, or more empathic than others, can actually become way sicker in response to these foods. It is best to not follow the general advise that you see everywhere about these foods, to take it slowly, experiment with diets richer in animal protein, and keep a food journal, to learn listening to your body instead of outside advice. Bodies are different and what works for one doesnt work for all.

About half a year, slowly but surely (you can't go nuts with fiber, have to do it very slowly). But keep in mind that everyone is different.

I’m so glad it worked for you! I thought fiber is (was) the worst for SIBO 😢 How about just a high protein diet for SIBO first? Then slowly introduce fiber? Thanks! 🙏❤

Thank you so much. I am struggling to get my gut feeling better. Ever since I had two brain surgeries 6 years ago my gut has become really messed up due to so many medications in the hospital and taking prescription medications at home. Food either doesn't digest properly, I am either constipated, or having diarrhea or gallbladder issues, or gastroenteritis or gastritis or can't eat 3 full meals all the time and have to go on a smoothie diet sometimes or have to deal with kidney stones or gallstones.. I am a vegetarian and it's hard. It's really difficult.

Thanks for this video, nice to see that someone relieved SIBO symptoms with diet. I have SIBO (the Methanogen variety) so I'm curious - did you manage to resolve your SIBO bloating with food choices alone, or did that only come in combination with the variety of supplements you mentioned?

It was definitely a combination of many factors, including herbs, diet, supplements, and most importantly, mindset! I will discuss all of these in greater detail in my upcoming videos. Stick around!

I have Methane dominant IB also but it takes place in the large intestine and not the small (sibo). So a totally different dysbosis. Totally different approach. Anytime i would eat legumes or add supplemental fiber i would have a severe reaction. Decreasing fiber has helped me.

I think cutting out food groups was my major trigger. Crash dieting in the US has probably led to dysbiosis that shows up as food sensitivities.

Excellent video. For us though with autoimmunes, that are histamine intolerant we cant eat fermented foods and many other 'healthy' veggies. many people do not know they are allergic to healthy foods, many have lectin resistance and oxalate toxicity. Spreading the word.

Thanks for doing a summary on gut health! I'm reading through a book "Super Gut", which also has more info (some spore based probiotic to use, green tea, etc). How long does it take you to make a video? (I want to make videos in the future, but going to be a long time xD )

Thank you for the video! What about when you take a probiotic supplement that has a prebiotic in it and it makes you bloated. What can I do then if my body reacts poorly to prebiotic? I also can’t digest fat well so I can’t even go on keto. It seems like a never ending cycle of trying and hurting. Thank you

There is some research information showing that stress and anxiety can affect digestive function through the brain-gut axis. Stress can reduce blood flow to the intestines, slow digestion and increase bloating. Additionally, stress can alter the contractions of the intestines, leading to irregular air movement and a feeling of bloating. And I find this to be really true, it greatly affects the functioning of the organs in the digestive system.

I hear some things you have said that I go through. It's challenging with getting help with these issues. I have been dealing with severe bloating. I know I'm lactose intolerant & trying to cut out gluten. It's very hard because I'm scared to eat certain thing because it may be uncomfortable.

Most of us allergic to bread are fine on Barley bread we make at home. So its not the gluten. Or SPELT from Berlin Bakery. Or EINHORN. SOURGUM etc, all the other natural grain. Try any of them IF you don't have open gut anymore.
