You can say what you want. Its a rooming house. Its a ROOMING HOUSE. You dont live there alone. If you want to throw a party, rent a hall or abide by the house rules you live by according to the ROOMING HOUSE.

How. If I was with some random roommate is should have a say if there is a party there or not. Some people feel peer pressured to go with it

@christianmoore7932 well then like... DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT? Don't be an authority cuck and try to justify why it's normal or ok for your landlord to dictate when you can have guests over

Communism is appealing when done correctly and the existence of landlords is one of the many parts to thinking that

I think this is a really stupid rule and you can see that by the fact that no parties are ever thrown. If you happen to have a roommate you don't like you will never be allowed to throw a party in your own home, which is very dumb. If the rule was that most people must agree then everyone could feel confident in asking whether they can do something and most people being fine with it so more parties can be thrown (which is a good thing) and the people that don't want to be involved don't have to be

You actually do not have a say so once you rent out a house unless u live there

@@pinkyhotmessx69 if it's included in the contract then it can be used by the landlord
