@@Awholeadult Hi, I would go days without food. I had no diet plans. I just resorted to eating fruits, vegetables and nuts for the most part. Dancing was my choice of exercise at the time

It was dangerous but I''m glad I did it. It only gets better. Thank you. On weight gain, I will do a video on what kept me plump. Hopefully it will be of help.

@@Awholeadult sounds insane but yes. At some point I had to be reminded to eat. Also I would have lots of coffee to push me through. Had no diet plan so that's what I did.
