If you have a cheaper juicer like I do, put your left overs in a cheese cloth and squeeze out the remaining juice. Works like a charm and you get to exercise your biceps at the same time. Try it!💜🤸🏾‍♀️

I have a Breville that was given to me by someone who never used it. I just started for general health and love it. I immediately saw glowing skin, flatter stomach, and regular 💩. The second time I used it, I was like ‘wait a minute; this meat is still very wet! I spent too much time and money doing this’! So I sent the meat through the machine three more times and got a LOT more juice. It’s dry when I’m done! We not wasting that meat, so I freeze it and add it to spaghetti sauce, hamburgers, and other recipes. After seeing this video, I’m going to be looking at my Breville side eyed 😒. I be will purchasing the other machine down the road to save time! It’s worth it!

I just used my Kuvings auto 10 for the first time today after returning the Nama j2 and the Kuvings with the larger hopper is amazing more friendly and so much easier bucuz not a lot of prechopping like the Nama says to do

@@TacklingTheGiants main thing is the hopper is too small . So you really can’t put a whole recipe in it and walk away. It left bunch of pulp in juice and when I used strainer it clogged it and so had to stop clean the strainer which made drippy mess, the auger would get so compact with fiber it wouldn’t juice anymore so had to stop juicing to clean it . Not as user friendly as Kuvings auto 10. Oh plus Kuvings comes with all the screens and already has a much bigger hopper, with nama you have to buy it in addition.

I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!. Thank you for being you with your personality because I am now on my 5th day of juicing!!!. I was sooo nervous at first and all this thoughts of doubt started creeping up. April 1st my mind and my body just all of a sudden came together and I am on my juice fast for a month!!!.
