This works! I’ve been doing 2 protein shakes w/ 2 scoops of whey protein & cashew milk and all I can really eat is 1 meal a day. I also drink 3 liters of water so there’s not much room for anything else. I will continue using this method to keep the weight off!

Day 1 of this and I gotta say it is working quite well so far. Started the day with Adrian's 40minute bike HIIT workout. When I started to get hungry I ate skinless chicken thighs with carrots and broccoli (was a bit odd eating raw broccoli so early in the morning though). Later on in the day when I got hungry again, I ate the same thing. So for dinner, I will just eat whatever I want. If this works, this will be amazing!

I am so happy I found your channel. I recently went from 220 to 159 and I didn't have much nutritional guidance. I did it through intermittent fasting and water... It really worked for me. 1 to 2 days out of the week, I would eat 1 meal and drink water, but now, I am going to try what you recommend as far as nutrition with raw veggies.

I started doing the look betters twice a day(60mins) plus 2 other elliptical hiits (50 mins) And my 3 times body hiit(1 hour) My protein is a shake and just started adding 20grams of oats, and 2 eggs as breakfast and a pair as dinner My second meal is just whatever I want craving of (nothing crazy)

Yes!!!!👏👏👏👏 I used to do this and lost a lot of weight in a very short period. Because of the pure foods, my eczema and acne weren't as problematic, my digestive system also benefitted and some digestive and bowel problems were resolved, my skin and hair were better, I had more energy and even more clarity of thought and some issues with my menstrual cycle were also resolved. My only problem was: during the first few days, I had some gas problems, but those were quickly resolved when I started having more acidic fruits (strangely), crackers and water. This really works, especially when you exercise, rest well, drink lots of water and consume cleaner and leaner alternatives to foods you might crave. Foolishly, I stopped, but I'm about to restart. I also plan to use apple cider vinegar, since acidic stuff seem to help when I do this.

This really works. This way of dieting works for me because I'm not starving myself and I can keep this up as a way of life. In addition to my first meal being a lean protein and raw vegetable I also do Adrian's HIIT on a stationary bike 15 minutes twice a week and lift light weights twice I week. I've lost 4 pounds so far within a two week period.

Im a beginner and do this with raw spinach salad and vinegar! Low carb low fat. Also eat soups with tons of veggies and protien. I lost 20lbs in a month. No white breads pasta corn etc. No salt shaker. Greek triple protien yogurt for breakfast with blueberries. One piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter. Water water water. Im onto another month. Now adding strength training and walking more. I was 361. Now 340. Baby steps with fast weight loss!

Ya know what mate I am from the UK. I can't beleive I have only just subscribed to you today because I have been taking your advice for nearly 2 years. In that 2 years you have helped me lose 4 stone beleive it or not. 👍. I have to say a massive thankyou to you and your static bike workouts are brilliant. They are hard work, very hard work but by far the best. Cheers Adrian for all the videos you have put up and for being genuine as they come. You even do the workouts with us mate. Absolutely brilliant. Can't beleive I didn't hit the sub button in 2017. Well it's hit now. I have 2 more stones to go then I will be happy. Once again cheers pal and keep these fantastic videos with demos coming. By far the best workouts since my boxing days. Drinking alcohol put all my weight on and just getting bogged down by life in general. Next minute I look in the mirror and see a 21 stone walking fat ball. Lol. @@AdrianBryant honestly Adrian I never took no pictures. I think I have some when I was a walking talking fat lump so let me drop this final 2 stones off and I promise I will send them to you. That's set in stone that promise is. The reply from you is much appreciated Mr Bryant. 👍. I would have already been at my point of satisfaction but was still drinking at weekends after working all week where as now I am going tea total for 20 weeks and using all your advice and videos to really kick this on for the last leg. I started to do the 40 minute static bike work out after starting on the beginners one then the 20 minute one and worked my way up to the 40 minute one. The first few times I did it I thought I was going to die. Lol. But I actually felt better and better as the weeks went on. I was waking up for work at 0430 in the morning full of energy. I am 47 years old this year but I actually feel 37 doing your work outs. I have advised a few of the lads at work to take your advice and style of training and to be fair to them they have and have done really well. Hat off to ya Adrien and I would recommend you to anyone. Give me 2 more stone loss and I promise to send you a few pics through from when I was absolutely over weight and very very unfit to when i got to my target with a massive thanks to you. 🏴🤝🇺🇲👍

I know this was a long time ago but you really start to actually enjoy raw veggies after you get in the habit of eating them. I get serious cravings for celery and carrots now sometimes and the idea of potato chips or other crap disgusts me. At first change is always a bit hard but just stick with it.

Hey Adrian in the very first diet video of yours i watched, you stated i should eat 2 raw veggies and then drink one serving of a protien shake. But in this video you state i should eat a pure protein (meat). I have been doing the first for several days and im completely full when im done and have no room for anything else including meat. V8 is highly processed. Fresh raw vegetables is the way to go.

you can but i recommend you don't. The point is to fill up on LESS calories. Suffer with the purePro & veggies and then enjoy everyhting else afterweards

Hey Adrian , I need advice but I know you are not a Dr. I just want your opinion... I found out that animal protein and dairy hurts my stomach. So I have to go vegan ... my question is will pea protein shake work for this way of eating?

Thanks for the reply Adrian and all your videos. I don't really subscribe until after a number if videos but was sold on your channel after mid 2nd video. I will try blends on some days and some days I will slice things super thin like chips on others. Getting teeth worked on now but it will take a while and not sure if my bite will be strong enough for raw veggies. Will check back on her after a month of this.
