I m in the same situation. I m in a circle and i binge sometimes and other times i starve. I can feel control it. I need to loose weight so bad i know i can do it cuz i never give up and i always tell mysef i m gonna look pretty and i ll be thin but i always binge. In conclusion, i need ur workout routine.😂

My God, I am truly grateful for having come across this video, a month ago I weighed 72 kg, I have been hating and despising my body for a long time. Now I weigh 69kg, there is a bittersweet feeling in my head that tells me I am on a good path, and the other part that tells me that no matter how hard I try, I won't make it. omg i love that u continue even though u didn’t get results at first. could you please help me i’m 14 years old, 167cm and 137lbs and i want to be 111lbs i always start to eat healthy for 2 days and get hungry and dizzy so i stoped and exercise is so hard for me. i also get jealous from skinny girls😂. i’d appreciate if you answer me.
