Doing this while doing my skin-care routine! Let's go! Week 1: Day 1: ✅ My tongue & jaw feel tired but the feeling is nice. It feels tighter too. Day 2: ✅ It feels sore and all. But def see the difference in the jawline already. Day 3: ✅ Feeling the burn. It hurts less than yesterday (sorry for the late update it's Lunar New Year so I'm staying up late to do this y'all. Wish u a happy new year ☺) Day 4: ✅ The more u do it, the less it hurts guys. I'll keep going. Doing this also lessens the stress or the tension on my shoulder and neck. Relaxing

on my4th day and i see some changes. u can try for sure. but remember every body or face structure is diff. for few results show soon but for few it shows after weeks. so if u want results don't give up and do.

I noticed that many in the comments start doing exercises, but do not complete them... and I decided that I would be one of those who would complete this and do the exercises for two weeks start: 6.02.24 my face before: I have a round face, but I have cheekbones. There are cheeks and a double chin Day1: I completed the first day. In the morning I woke up swollen, but after this yoga my face became normal again. Day 2: I woke up less swollen today, which I'm glad about. If you want facial yoga to really bring results, here are my tips: 1. in addition to yoga, do gua sha for your face (not every day, every other day) 2. play sports (sports that you like) 3. drink more water (download reminder apps) 4. eat healthy foods (avoid sweets, fried foods and starchy foods) 5. Maintain a sleep schedule Many people think that doing only yoga will help, but to get results you need to do something else day 3: in three days I realized that this yoga is good for swelling. It seems to me that changes have already occurred in my face. the contour of the face became clearer. I hope it's not a «placebo effect».But after asking people, they said that nothing has changed in me🥲(okay, it's only the 3rd day) day 4: today I did gua sha and yoga for my face. I think my face has become thinner. My advice: to make your body and face more beautiful, keep your back straight. Maintain your posture (this will give you not only beauty but also confidence) but the most important advice: love yourself! I don't see those who like my comment and who look at my results, but you are all very beautiful🫂💗 Day 5: My double chin is significantly smaller and less noticeable. Day 6: I don't see any change since yesterday. Day 7: it's been a week 🥳I'm so glad but in seven days I don’t see any significant changes, it seemed to me that the result would be better day 8: today I woke up more beautiful than usual. The face is not swollen and beautiful. day 9: today I did yoga and looking in the mirror I see that my face has become slimmer, the angles have become clearer. I'm glad. Day 10: Even though I slept 5 hours after yoga, I look great day 11:✅ Day 12: Today I had a very busy day and so I did yoga in the evening. Day 13: the double chin has almost disappeared, the cheeks have become smaller, the face has become more elongated Day 14: The two-week experiment is over. Result: the cheeks became smaller, the double chin became much smaller. The outlines of the face became clearer. I advise you to try this yoga. Did it for straight 7 days and I could clearly feel my face more contoured and less bulky. Though had a slight doube chin so 1 week worked for me. Gonna add it to my routine❤

Just completed my 2nd week. I have naturally a bit puffy cheeks and I like them this way. That aren't much affected but it showed a major difference in jawline as in making it more prominent and sharp.

Doing this everyday bc I am insecure asf Day 1: ✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅-starting to see small difference in my jawline Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅I’ve been a bit lazy these past days while doing bc of school but I think it’s starting to get easier! Day 8:✅ again been lazy but the exercise is been really easy Day 9:✅ Day 10:❌I was really tired 😭 Day 11:✅ Day 12:✅ Day 13:✅ Day 14: Day 15: edit: bruh it’s been a year.. i’m not gonna do this anymore obviously but doing this does work but it’s only temporary. My face started to change but when i stopped doing this it just went back to normal. Id say don’t do this if your expecting long term results bc that’s unrealistic. The better thing to do would be to lose weight or just take care of your skin in general

My updates: Day 1: definitely some tension and stiffness Day 2: a little harder, but i was really tired, so that might be why Day 3: getting easier to do Day 4: was super tired, but it was for some reason fun lmao Soso sorry i havent been updating! @@Ifr0240 I don’t think they continued I stopped aswell but the first few days of doing it I actually saw improvement but since I stopped and I did it for so little it actually got worse? I don't know I gained weight there I think I need to start doing it again but it works

Your face structure, just like your entire body depends on your genetics to a huge extent. The only two things you could do to get a defined jaw line are getting rid of excess fat from your body and you can’t target fat loss

tip: for faster results, while doing the tongue juts and the kiss hold, instead of taking a quick rest like she does, go through the whole time. it's painful but worth it. ive done it without breaks for only 2 days and i already see results. also when doing the open close, tense your jaw so its harder to move.

Doing this for two weeks before my shower! 2:17 Day 1:✅ Feeling super good about it, my jaw feels nice and tight and I’m looking forward to the results and to keep doing these exercises :) Day 2:✅ My jaw was feeling good and tight and I’m already starting to see some results! I didn’t have much of a double chin so I’m already seeing that V shape coming along nicely Day 3:✅ My jaw is feeling nice and worked. Today I noticed when I did it my neck was hurting a little more but I was yawning less, usually I yawn a lot when I do this haha. My jaw is starting to look more sculpted. Day 4:✅ The V is starting to become more prominent. And I’m starting to feel more comfortable with my jaw. Today I didn’t have much motivation to do it, but I kept going. :) Day 5:❌ I got my phone taken away and I tried doing it from memory but it didn’t go too well. :( I got my phone back though and I’m excited to keep moving along! Sorry for the wait x Day 6:✅ Happy New Year’s Eve! Today when I did it I felt really good after and my jaw is starting to form into the desired shape, there’s still a little neck pain. But what’s beauty if there’s no pain 🥂 1 Week Mark!! Day 7:✅ Went very smooth! No big differences from yesterday but definitely some big differences from day 1. I’m excited to hit the halfway point and if I see the results are super good I’ll do this routinely. :) thank you for sticking with me thus far, time for week 2. Week Two 💕 Day 8:✅ I didn’t have much motivation for today but I turned on some music and got it done. I keep reminding myself that I’m working for results! The V shape is becoming more recognizable from underneath now that most of my double chin is gone. I’m ready for tomorrow :) Day 9:✅ Went good today, my motivation was there and I went right to it. There was no excess pain today so I think my body is starting to feel more comfortable with these exercises. My under chin is starting to appear very small because the fat is mainly gone. Just some pointers, if you have acne prone skin like me I recommend putting on some hand sanitizer before doing these to eliminate breaking out, and I recommend music while you do this, it works wonders! And thank you so much to all of you who are supporting me it really helps me stay motivated. 💖 Day 10:✅ Definitely seeing a more defined shape in my jawline and side profile! My cheek bones are starting to become more visible as well. I love this exercise because it doesn’t take long and the results come so easily. I can’t thank everyone enough who’s been supporting me and trying this out for themselves, I definitely recommend these exercises! I can’t wait to further my journey and finish my before and after photos, but till then this is working wonders for my confidence and jaw

I do this exercise for one year now and omg, my double chin is finally gone. My jawline is now a lot mor sharper and I really lost my double chin. Just keep going guys and you will see your results:) (maybe it will take longer but it will work)

I’ve been doing this since July 20th and it’s now august 30th so for about 40 days. I have a jawline now and my cheeks are slimmer. Before I had absolutely no jawline but then I found this and it really helped me. It also kinda helped my underbite. my jawline is so much sharper and I can feel my jawline without pressing on it, in just 40 daysss. I really recommend this workout it’s quick and easy

I'll do it for 15 days. Remind me every day by dropping a like or a comment. Day 1: I did these exercises along with the other ones, and I definitely feel something in my neck and jaw. Day 2: Decided to do this twice a day. For the first time, i can really feel the tension in my jaw. Did a second time, and I still do feel some tension. Day 3: Decided to do two times. Did it for the first time, and I can see there's less fat near my jaw. Did not do it for the second time. Day 4: Did two times, and now i can see the difference in my jawline. Day 5: I did it and can definitely see some changes in my jawline. Day 6:I'm doing it and it's been a pretty good results but I want to see a huge difference so I'll continue to do it.

I’m going to do this everyday so I’ll keep you updated !! Day 1: ✅ No visible changes yet obviously, but really felt like my jaw was being worked out. Day 2: ✅ Felt kind of harder than last time, probably just because I put more effort in. Still no visible changes yet. So I'm going to start doing this beginning today and in exactly 7 days I'll come back and tell yall if I see any results! :) Edit: Okay guys so it's been exactly 7 days of me doing this face yoga and let me tell I GOT SUCH GOOD RESULTS!! MY JAWLINE IS SO MUCH MORE DEFINED AND MY DOUBLE CHIN HAS REDUCED A LOT!!! this workout 100% works for anyone wondering, ive been doing it everyday for 2 weeks and theres a significant difference. the reasoning behind the slimming of the face not only due to the exorcises burning off fat but it also allows built up mucas to drain. the mucas is part of the cause of double chins

As someone who has been getting more sick recently and noticed the double chin in 2021, this makes everything make sense! I didn't know how to loose the "fat" because I'm simply already really slim and can only loose but so much more so i worried surgery would be the only way to get rid of it (which i dont want) but I'll definitely feel more confident trying this now!

​@Queen girl I think it's working my chin definitely has less of a pouch but I had to stop late April due to my wisdom teeth because of pain and my jaw swelled. I've started again so I'll see if there's more results but I'll say before it was definitely working, there's just more to be done

i've been doing this for one month, and i really clearly see the results. trust me this workout really works!!! my face was so chubby and bulky, and i have double chin before, but when my bestfriend told me to do this workout, i didn't hesistate to do so immediately. after the pain i through, the worsen pain i got, my face really got tighten. i can finally see the jawline, the non bulky cheeks and slimmer face. i can finally face people with some confidence now. thank you so much for doing this kind of workout!! i really love the results miss/ma'am.

1-Tongue press (1min) 2-jawline massage( press ur thumb under your jaw) (1min) 3-kiss hold (1min) 4-jaw press( press above your jaw with ur nuckles) (1min) 5-open close (1min) 6-smile 3 reps(each time in different angles)( each 30 sec) 7-tongue roll (move your head around while doing this)(1min) 8-idk wtf this is 10:43 9-tongue jut 3 reps(different angles)(1min) I didn’t try it and I’m way too lazy to, it’s soo lonnggg

@@lisandroh44 I don’t know I haven’t tried it . But I don’t thing anything can get rid of a square face. Because it’s square from your jaw bones and you can’t really change that. That’s what I think I don’t know I anything so please don’t take my words seriously

@@lisandroh44 while i'm sure youre beautiful/handsome, the best way if you want to shadow it, is to change your hairstyle to frame it better. if you can do that, use makeup to highlight certain spots in your face, giving you a rounder look.

i have done this exercise for 43 days (only skipping a few days), and can definitely say that my jawline is more pointer and defined! i also have implemented mewing for a couple months so that so also be a factor ^^ it def works, just takes consistency and patience, u can do it!!! ❤️

i've been doing this exercise everyday for the last 2 weeks, although I did skip 2-3 days cause I got lazy. my face looks a lot less puffy, feels less squishy, more firm. my skin also looks a lil better, a lil more glowy. oh and my jawline looks sharper, feels like there's less meat on it. i also find myself doing some of these exercises randomly when I'm doing nothing. comment to remind me to update !

Doing this for 2 weeks or more. Day 1: ✅ ✅ My jaw is sore D: (did it 2x) Day 2: ✅ Doesn’t hurt as much as yesterday (I can definitely see the jawline starting to form but double chin is still there) 😭 Day 3: ✅ Didn’t get sore like first day yay, but hold up it actually kinda works ✋ I can def see my chin starting to get sharp. Day 4: ✅ still looks the same as yesterday (i got my period so idk if that effected me much but I do look a bit bloated, but I’ll keep going.) Day 5: ✅ Looks less bloated, the sides of my jawline are getting slimmer. The little bit of double chin left kinda ruins it lol 😀. I’ll keep going! :’) Day 6: ✅ It definitely is working! I have a little bit of double chin left but I see my jawline getting tight. (I RECOMMEND STRETCHING YOUR NECK OR SOMETHING BEFORE DOING IT. The back of my neck is so sore since while doing these my head would be looking up most of the time, it’s probably just me, but be careful lol.) Day 7: ✅ still the same as yesterday, woke up bloated so my double chin has increased so I can’t tell the difference, it’ll go away in a few hours tho lol. (My neck is still sore lol) IT’S BEEN A WEEK- 1 MORE TO GO! 🧡 Day 8: ✅ This definitely works, I see the v shape starting to form but I still have a lil more double chin left, honestly that also decreased a bit. (I’ve noticed that one side of my jawline is more sharper and it looks so uneven ✋😭.) Day 9: ✅ I’m bloated today >:( but it really didn’t affect my jawline, but my cheeks. (neck gets sore only when I do the workouts 😩.) Day 10: ✅ looks the same as yesterday, but it feels tighter. for example, while doing the face massage one I couldn’t hold on to the fat on my face as much as before. 🤨 either way, I’ll keep going! Day 11: ✅ did this at night since I was visiting family, sorry. guys there is definitely a huge difference from when I first started, I sadly don’t have pictures and it’s too late for that 😭 (my left cheekbone is harder than the other and when I flex my face, for example, smile, I can somehow feel something in my cheekbone.) I’ll update tmrw how it looks! 3 MORE DAYS- 🧡 Day 12: ❌ I forgot to do it (sorry guys T-T) Day 13: ✅ honestly I’m surprised that this works really well and fast, my cheeks 100% got slimmer and my jawline is almost completely shown. It’s definitely the fat from my double chin that makes me upset. I’m starting to exercise and eat well, hopefully that’ll help. Until next time! 🥺💕 Day 14: ❌ Forgot to do it sorry guys, lately I’ve been feeling sick and that makes me unmotivated. I’ll try better! 🧡 WEEK 3: We got this just 2 more weeks to go until a month! Day 15: ✅ guys my face has definitely changed for the past 2 weeks. My face is almost a V-Shape and my cheeks are flatten (pause). My double chin is still a little visible which I think it’s just body fat that I need to get rid of face AND body. I definitely need to work on that! Until next time! 🍞 Day 16: ❌ I’m off track and I think I didn’t do it? I spent time with family again 😩 Day 17: ✅ still the same as always! guys it’s 2022! I’ll try my best to get “healthy” 💕 Day 18: ✅ same as always, looks a bit more sharper? okayyyyayyay :33 Day 19: ❌ I think I didn’t do it, I’m disappointed in myself lmao ☹️ Day 20: ✅ same as always ☺️✋✋✋ Day 21: ❌ apologies for not doing them daily, I PROMISE NEXT WEEK I’LL DO THEM DAILY, JUST WATCH. 😾 WEEK 4: Last week to go + I’ll do them daily this time! ( ๑‾̀◡‾́)σ" Day 22: ✅ DONE YAY! looks the same as always, double chin is definitely going away but very slowly, I’m very impatient. 😡 Day 23: ❌ … i don’t want to talk about it. Day 24: ✅ I did it late at night like around 11 p.m, but I went to sleep right after 😭 (same as always. when I’m not bloated it looks way slimmer.) ☝️😌 Day 25: ❌ sorry guys.. I literally can’t keep my promises 😭 omg. Day 26: ✅ did it! my face is still at it even tho I’m skipping a day! double chin looks like it’s not there.. only when I flex a little bit! 💗 Day 27: ✅ sorry it’s literally 11 p.m I just remembered. same as always! Day 28: ❌ sorry for not being consistent. Your comments really motivated me to keep going! I won’t be posting my progress anymore, but if I feel like it I will post a little progress from here and there. If I don’t I’ll definitely still be doing this because THIS DOES WORK. Wish me luck 🍀 ✅ Day 1 (wow that HURTS) ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 (hurts less) ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 (yesterday my friend took some pictures of me just for fun...and guys, I saw the results! I absolutely didn't expect it after just 6 days of doing this yoga every morning, but my face looks more toned and way less tired than usual) ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 (I love how my life is slowly changing because of this video. Doing these exercises became great motivation to eat clean and do some full body fitness) ✅ Day 9 ❌ Day 10 - skipped the workout, cause didn't feel well ✅ Day 11 ✅ Day 12 - I definitely feel the results. Even when I touch my face the skin feels more toned and the jawline feels mire defined. ✅ Day 13 ✅ Day 14

trying it again since i havent finished it until like 2 weeks (my goal) day 1: can feel the tension and soreness from all the exercises since i actually did it correctly than last year day 2: same thing as day 1 but i rushed a bit so i might be doing it again day 3: still can feel tension and soreness a little bit, getting used to it day 4: got used to the tension, felt a bit tension i think i see the progress of my cheek fat slowly going away day 5: can see more definition of my jawline, cheek fat looks like its going away now day 6: ❌ didnt do it i was too busy 😭 day 7: didnt do it AGAIN 😭❌ day 8: did it twice, first time was rushed but did it right. can see more face fat going away now. second time, i took my time on here and felt soreness a bit. day 9: feels like i have pressure on my jawline, so far, good progress day 10: got used to the soreness and tension happening, feels like my cheek fat is fading away. can see difference in my jaw and cheek fat day 11: jawline is showing a lot more stronger and noticeable now, soreness goes away when moving on to another exercise but can feel tension in the end of this workout day 12: huge difference now, got used to the soreness day 13: almost the end of week 2, more defined jawline and cheek fat has been going away day 14: achieved my goal!! jawline is stronger and face fat has mostly gone away i will still be doing this everyday still but not updating anymore since i reached my goal.

Doing this until school starts and a little after! (6 weeks) Week 1: Day 1: ✅ Feels really sore but it feels nice! The soreness is proof it's working :) Day 2: ✅ Done! I feel really sore lol Day 3: ✅ Done! I can feel how it hurts a little less now, and I can see the improvements in my jawline :D Day 4:❌ NOOOOO I FORGOT I'll have to do it twice on day 6 or day 7 to make up for it then Day 5: ✅ Done! Day 6: ✅ Done! I made up for missing day 4 today :) Day 7: ✅ Done! 1 week complete!! I don't see much changes except for my jawline got a little sharper, but I'm sure there will be more changes as the weeks go on :D Week 2: Day 8: ✅ Did it! Day 9: ❌ I MISSED IT NOOO Day 10: ✅ Done! Day 11: ❌ Had to miss this day cause I'm currently on vacation Day 12: ✅ Done! Day 13: ❌ missed day 13 & 14 cause of vacation Day 14: ❌ Busy on vacation, I'll have to make it up somewhere on week 3 Week 3: Day 15: ✅ done! Day 16: ❌missed this day Day 17: ✅ done!
