I'm really happy for you bud. I've had a weight problem through my whole life too, the struggle is real. I really get how you feel about progress. After struggling with it for your whole life it's an amazing feeling to see real progress, real change. Like, it seems unbelievable, some part of you thought you just had to live with it forever but then you find out you really can change things for the better. Damn. I guess when you never really physically push yourself you don’t know what you could achieve. As much as you enjoyed eating, in return, you have to return it in pain if you’re trying to achieve a goal. Of course a bicycle under your desk isn’t going to help you lose weight. From your butt to your head isn’t even moving. And you don’t really have a push of “finishing a line” or “getting home” when you do that. Big boy from power 106 did the same surgery. David Goggins was also 300 lbs and lost it in 3 months with disgusting ruthless determination. I won’t say congrats but at least now you’re happy.
