thank you so much for this video. I'm not a nursing mother, but I have just had news that I am now type 2 diabetic and after a day seminar yesterday about how to live with this I came home feeling hopeless and clueless. I ended up taking this morning off work (I work for myself fortunately) but I am really swamped with work right now, but after just getting some research done and hoping I have things in my head correct now, I sat down to lunch and watched your video. I know I'm not the target audience, but you really encouraged me, inspired me and helped me. I'm forever setting unrealistic goals for myself and when I fail it causes me to look to food for comfort. I loved you realistic goals. Thanks so so much!

I’m 4 months postpartum after a c-section and your video has given me even more motivation to get myself to the active person I once was!! This past month I’ve been so unmotivated but I’m getting back on track🤞🏻🤞🏻

Wonderful video! I don’t have a baby but I’ve been trying to get healthier. I’ve been tracking my steps everyday and just trying to be active throughout the day :) lots of walking. Been loving watching your videos lately ❤️

4.5 months pp and I’m finally trying to get back into yoga and eating better. I’ve been soo bad about my diet even though I breastfeed, but having a baby is a big deal! Thank you for the encouragement!

Hey Jess thanks for sharing... I’m having My little Girl Dallas on Friday (C-section due to her being breach) but once I heal I would really love to incorporate the 310 shakes and start walking! I’m going to check out the shakes for my husband. He had to have a stent put in for a heart blockage two weeks ago. He is now on a keto diet. I thint it would be good for him. Also, we are headed to Navarre Friday for our first ever vacation without kids and I’m so excited! I can’t wait to get to the beach again!

I used to love jogging but my plantar fasciitis has stopped me from starting again 😔 Congrats on shedding the baby weight! 🤗

Did 310 work still getting good nutrition to your baby if breastfeeding? I plan on doing 310 but I'm worried I wont be giving my baby good nutrition through my milk

Is this protein shake just for working out? I breastfeed currently and I’m interested. But I haven’t started working out, yet!

Not at all! 😊 I just love having a protein shake after I work out, but you can have it at any time of the day and even if you're not working out. I just had my second one about an hour ago just because! ❤

Hey I’m 5 months pp and struggling with finding the time to workout. You said you wake up in the morning, feed your baby and then go for a run. Can you tell me what you do with baby when you go for your workouts? That’s what I’m really struggling with because I am with her 24/7

S hi S. If you don’t have nobody that you trust to leave the baby with, you can buy a jogging stroller. So you can take your baby with you. That’s what I do when my husband is at work.
