Not fueling on long runs is not the flex people think it is Fueling is truly a game changer it's true what you said if you just try it you'll wonder why you were ever training fasted

We are basically huge fuel tanks, train to use that fuel and re-fuel whenever hungry. Fuel all the time and you'll have a smaller tank.
