hopefully this helps show how i was kinda tackling being productive when i didnt want to be / knew i had to be. i always think of "replace anxiety with action" so maybe that'll help you!! Its really helped me even get some small things done. BUT WE WILL GET THROUGH IT! sometimes it just takes a lil bit longer and thats OKAY!
