You've really inspired me to sculpt figures using your foil and tape method. Usually I would think I had to sculpt from styrofoam but I am definitely going to try your method in future. Great work! Looks just like Falkor!

My first project sculpting with foil was a creepy tree over five feet tall! I have to tell you that process becomes a bit of an obsession for me! In 2018 I had surgery, and the same day I got home I resumed building! Lol

He came out great. And I remember watching this numerous times also. It came out when the older kids were 7&9yrs. Then when our youngest was born in 99' she eventually found the VHS and we got to watch it again and again......... That and Warriors of Virtue I did hide that one after a while. I am going to make one for my son, although he is 42 now and into fast cars and modelling them too, he loved never ending story when he was young, so he can display it amongst his fabulously built Cobra cars etc 🤪

Thank you so much 😊 When I first started crafting and got urges to build something, I was only able to do so when my babies went to sleep for the night and I couldn't leave the house, most of the time stores were closed anyway, so I needed to build with stuff I had in the house already. I'm so grateful for those times since it taught me to work with what I had. I always remember that in videos when I could use other materials, maybe some clay or something ready made, I think about moms or dads out there with babies asleep and how great it is to have options.

Yes, you can use filler. I find it easier to sculpt without anything myself but that’s just me

I grew up on this movie, and I always loved the Luck Dragon, he’s so cute and just a beautiful character and you did an amazing job on recreating him out of so little, he looks extremely beautiful here and you even gave him his eyelashes!! Im not sure if you’ve seen Bugs Bunny(though I’m sure you have) I couldn’t stop thinking about the green dragon from Knighty Knight Bugs, I would love to see you try and recreate him! And have you also made anything like a mushroom or a mythical tree? Cause I’m now wanting to try and make those two things, was just wondering if you had any videos like that!
