Just beautiful! Creative use of all elements without the use of plastics!!I’m assuming this could be constructed on site pretty quickly. Any thoughts on using large branches in a water source? Spirea, dogwood, lilac? An estimate of how long and tall the box. Is? Thank you! Love it!
@floristsonfarms4 ай бұрын
Yah, I would construct it on site if doing it this way. You could definitely use branches in water…you would need some way to secure them, so the nice thing about this is the base was weighted and secure due to the potted plants . But for sure, that’s also possible with some modifications! Yes those greens should all hold up for an event, another is forsythia. You can forage a variety of trees and shrubs because they don’t need to last past the day - lots of potential options! I will get back to you on the box size. I’m so bad at estimating measurements! 😝

I love that you used the potted bushes for the main structure!

Yah, like, why try to emulate that with branches when I could just toss pots in 😄. They actually helped me too because they also added the weight to keep the whole structure secure and stable in the wind.

This was brilliant! I love that you also talked about the different flowers and foliages. What is the stage that you pick the ball dahlias to last the longest time in the vase?
