Love farinata but never made it in a frying pan, always in the oven. Yours looks delicious…have to try it that way!

🙏🙏 I don’t think I’ve tried it in the oven so I should give that way a shot

Looks amazing! I've never heard of this dish so I'm very happy to learn something new today! I am also a huge fan of arugula. A technical note, your first segment music was a touch loud and definitely a touch loud while you were talking. Later segments with music seemed better balanced and I wasn't fighting to focus on you over the music.

Thanks! Appreciate the feedback. I’ll go back and give it a re-listen, I must have missed that.

Hey thank you, glad it’s resonating! Yeah this is super fast and cheap. I subsisted on these for months at a time back in the day

Don't tell me you're making farinata Jake! I love it but can't make this to save my life. Have tried often, baking in a rimmed pizza pan -- without success. Will definitely take your suggestion about grinding my own chick peas next time, and sauteing in frypan. Can't wait, thanks for the inspiration! 👍
