Great idea Casey. I have question for you, however. Why on the "shop" page it lists the "I hate Casey Ladelle" as $25 but in the cart it lists it as $35 ???

Casey I will comment on every one of your videos. Simply because I support you and everything you do to help others. I don't think people realize the expense of a heavy rescue! I love what you do! To do a heavy rescue or any rescue costs thousands of dollars. Anyone who unfollows you because you do these recoveries at no cost. Good riddens. That is such a relief to so many people that find it hard to just provide food for their kids. We appreciate you! They appreciate you! And just know your doing God's work. If you can be anything, be kind" is a motto I like to keep in mind when dealing with people, particularly professionally as the behaviour in workspaces sometimes is needlessly confrontational and mean. The Internet allows the spite to be amped up even more, becase of the perceived pseudo-anonymity of the poster. That's right. If someone says something behind your back but won't say it to your face, it really doesn't carry any weight. If other people bring up what they've heard, ask them if the initiator would say it to your face? If not, its worth just that much. Nothing.

Now, I’m 81 and female, so perhaps some of the negative comments are because some of them come from people who think that old ladies don’t know anything. But they are wrong! We have lived and learned for a long time, through times when things were done more simply, when we had to know how to do and fix things ourselves. I watched a lot of your videos before I subscribed. I don't subscribe to a channel without doing that. I've subscribed to channels in the past that after a while their true colours come out and I wind up unsubscribing. They use so much click bait to draw you in and lie to you and I absolutely hate that. I don't bother to comment to them I just kinda fade into the past. I find your videos very entertaining and I have to admit that you do make me laugh at times. You take the time to explain things which most don't. I worked in the automotive industry for just over 50 years. In the beginning I even drove a wrecker for about 5 years. The only real off road around here is to drive through a deep ditch (over 3 feet deep) and possibly make it up the other side. It's so flat that if it wasn't for the trees you could see 400 or 500 miles in any direction. I live in what is known as the Cold Country. I especially like the areas of the U.S. where you and others show the mountainous regions, the deserts and such. I've never seen any of that in my life. I know nothing about the off road recovery that you and others here on youtube do. It's different than anything I've ever been involved in. So yes, I do enjoy your channel and will continue to follow you and your channel in the future. One thing I will never do is to try to tell you your job. I'm not an armchair warrior. Perhaps I’m the really odd one out: in Europe, 70, not into cars. But binge watching geology professor Nick Zentner, on the northwest coast volcanism, so KZbin/Google must have figured ‘Cascades’! So here’s this guy, going up to a lookout cabin, east of Mt. Hood - and somehow he towed me as well. Back and forth over Santiam Pass, over lava tubes, or into lava caves, onto a volcano lake, John Day, and meeting up with some guys my age (and even older vehicles) who got stuck in what happens to be the Crooked River caldera. And for cherries on these cakes: searching for traces of people living in, or traversing his ‘backyard’. So for me it’s ‘Casey LaDelle discoveries’ - and I’m patiently waiting for any upcoming tours.

your speech about hater was hilarious, that's one of the reasons I like your channel, you don't care, you do yourself whatever happens and I like it, you're the kind of guy I would be friend with easy. 😆👍 and happy new year... a bit early 😉 edit: just ordered a shirt, but not the I hate Casey one, I can't hate on you even if I wanted 🤣

As someone that does snow recoveries up here in Washington (when there is snow 😓), I have sometimes dreamed about tracks. I really appreciated your comments about the tracks not being the best tool for the job. Thanks.

There might be spin offs for the Shirts ,"I Hate it when I'm right " Hate the Haters is the New Love But don't forget Casey,we watch because of what you do ,that's covering all aspects ,,the only real Hate is the words you sometimes unleash and regardless of your opinion on that ,sometimes better choices should be made ,and as you thrive on being pulled up for it ,and the "I don't care "thinking , sometimes you should care , because you care about everything else . So hurry up and get the silver truck altered for the tracks ,Sort that dam International slide deck truck ,your using all your hate revenue up having it sit there ,and that's not directly $$ going directly to it ,more like the Hate revenue maybe the buffer for your costs . Cheers

I came for the track jeep and stayed for the physic's lessons :). The first video of yours I saw was the track jeep rescue of the couple in fire tower camp and that sort of hooked me, but then I saw your video of using the jeep to pull out all those cars in the mud and the sheer simplicity of your physics explanation on how to pull all those cars out made me a subscriber. I don't care what you drive as long as you both entertain and teach at the same time.

One thing I've been curious about is how you give your patreon subscribers early access to the videos like this. Like do you upload it and chose a date that it's accessible to everyone, then copy the link and post it to patreon for us to view before it goes live? Idk how uploading to KZbin works and you talking about the algorithm and other yt related things made me curious. Also idk how people could dislike the videos where you help people or organizations that do good for others. I enjoyed watching you and the others go crazy buying gifts to donate to the giving plate and the guy you helped get his van fixed that got a spot in the tiny home community for veterans so great.
@CaseyLaDelle Жыл бұрын
Exactly. I upload them as unlisted videos, then anyone who has the link can watch it, but no one else can even see that it’s there. I’m really short on videos right now, but during the busy times I’ll have up to a months worth of videos uploaded on KZbin that no one can see

@CaseyLaDelle so as I was typing that comment, my theory made sense, but wasn't exactly sure. I also figured if comments help the algorithm may as well leave a question/positive one. Also I hope the Bend area gets some snow so you can put all that recovery equipment to good work. I know it's an "el niño" winter which means here in Oregon is "slightly warmer than usual temps" I unfortunately live in Portland so if I want to see snow I'll likely have to travel. Anyways I definitely enjoy the videos you put out and not just the recovery ones

What a beautiful analytical mind you have Casey. You apply the same thought process to everything you do. Not giving a shit about what someone else says about you or your business then using that negativity for positive results is brilliant. Happy New Year Eve Eve my friend. Peace Out.

Your fast becoming my spirit animal. Love your videos. You are 100% correct. The only options that matter, are the options of your loved ones. Every one else can suck it. Helping others is definitely more rewarding than anything else., especially when unexpected or anonymously, one of my favorite things to do myself. The only thing of true value in this life it time, money is nothing. Spend your time accordingly. Again love your channel. Please keep doing what you do.
