I tried making the flower-looking sushi today and it was such a success! I used baked salmon instead (from another Rie’s recipe) and I used food coloring to achieve a pinkish color. Because I couldn’t find circular fish cake, I used string cheese and the flavor actually matches pretty well. The finished product was so pretty, my friend and family were so amazed. Thank you for sharing!
