I seriously love all these recipes but knowing that there's an alternate method to make omurice just made my day. Omurice is my favorite food hands down, so thank you Rie for showing a way that I can enjoy it more often 😋😋.

If you have a good non-stick pan, you could just start making scrambled eggs on low to medium heat. Stir, stir, stir till you have some small curds but a lot of uncooked eggs. Then just stop. Let the bottom just set and slide it right over your rice, raw side up. You don't have the show of cutting open the french omelet, but practically speaking you have the same thing.
