This is brilliant..I had my gall bladder out and stopped smoking in 2009 all at the same time that I started menopause at 49..I am pretty large boned 8” wrists etc..used to weigh 11stone 4 and was size 14 which was perfect for me..after 2009 I have just gone up and up and am at 17stone 6 and size 20..😢 I have bought and received your book, also reading Dr Mindy. Pelz, and hope between the x2 I will find a way..Liz thanks for being strong, and honest, it helps ❤

Thank you for the advice not snacking between the meals. I just wonder if I could have an apple for example. As there is never enough/ right time to eat fruits
