Some suggestions that may help you speed things up: put your oil in a spray bottle instead of pouring it in your hands and put your hair in one high ponytail instead of all those sections and work from the back to the front. I’m by no means an expert but retwist 120 locs in 1.5 hours in which I hope to get quicker with practice. Good luck. Great channel I’m a new subbie!

Hi there! Your Locs are beautiful. I'm a new subbie who has 4 month old baby Locs. I was watching a video by Damien Walter and there was a discussion about what works for snatched edges. Damien and one of his stylists recommended Organic Root Stimulator Scalp Fertilizer. I remember using this product years ago when I felt like my edges were thinning a bit and it worked! I hope this helps.

Hello new subbie! I have been natural 7 yeArs now and I'm finally ready to loc my hair. I watch a few of your vids and I said I'm feeling her lol. Any way I'm doing a lot of research and I just want to be clear. Did you just do a like mini twists when u started ? Like was there a certain technique or just a regular two strand twists all over?

Hi beautiful lady!! First of I’m so in love with your locks and your nice side 😊. I’ll give u a recipe for your alopecia in front that helps me. 1) u gonna take 3 or 4 pieces of garlic cut them or blend them for Best result 2) get some ginger or onion (if u want to) blend or cut it into pieces and mix the 2 in a container 3) cover the mixture with some oil jojoba, mint or any kind u have but not too much though. Let it sit for 2 day then filter it in order to get the oil & u ready to go. P.s. Use it in your hair at night only because of The garlic scent. u can add 10 pieces of cloves in it. Also 30 nn before u wash your hair spray it some boiled water with onion. Hope u find good result! 🤗

I've heard really good things about the temple balm by organic root stimulator (ORS)...I THINK it was Damien Walter who mentioned it in one of his videos but don't quote me on that. I've been watching a ton of videos since I'm about to start locs and they're all starting to blend together lol... but your locs are absolutely gorgeous. 😊

Hi!!! I'm a new subbie, I've been wanting locs for YEARS now! People keep mentioning how their re-twists unravels whenever they workout say if they don't use some type of product etc. My hair is VERY thick. I've never had a perm or anything like that; my hair is just SUPER kinky. For the most part, if I do my hair a certain way it'll just stay like that without using some type of gel or whatever (for me my biggest concern has always been my hair being too dry). Growing up I never really used gel b/c I hate it and the feel of it especially; I don't "lay" my edges or anything like that. When I do re-twist, I feel like I'll be fine just as long as I let my hair completely dry, but I also work out a lot too...what do you think?
