Yeah I had a 25 year lay-off. Was eating good, maybe a bit much. Partied a bit much. Was do hard manual work so didn't lose too much size. For the last 10 months I have been conditioning for a mass build. I was much stronger than my joints and ligaments could handle, and even in body transformation stage of gaining muscle, not increasing weight, my strength was increasing much faster than my joints were adapting. Also my flexibility was shit, and there were many imbalances throughout my body, old injuries that needed to be strengthened, plus I needed to drop some fat, so the mass build could be for a long time. Getting to training mode takes a bit when you are 52
